Lemon Casino confiscated my winnings…
Lemon Casino confiscated my winnings (3869 PLN) claiming I exceeded the max bet rule.
However, their system allowed me to place such bets multiple times without any warning or restriction.
This feels unfair — accepting bets in real time and later using them as a reason to void winnings.
Support refused to offer any fair resolution.
I would strongly advise others to be careful when using bonuses here.

Your system allowed me to place bets exceeding the maximum limit multiple times without any warning or restriction, and all bets were accepted in real time.

I have already contacted your support multiple times and received only final refusals. Redirecting me back to support does not resolve

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst experience on an online casino i have ever had. The verification process is so stretched out and document take dorever to be verified. When you upload a document exactly as requested the still get rejected. They say a withdrawal take 3-5 business days. I have waited 5 still no money in my account. The support team tells me money was transfered on the 19th of November I should follow up with my bank. I requested a proof of transfer, they cannot give me that, but i should upload all my personal documents and bank information? I dont trust this casino and its procedures at all.
UPDATE: IT HAD BEEN 21 DAYS AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL.
