I was only reimbursed for 1 of the 2 procedures my dog had.
After multiple times reaching out to Lemonade to find out why the second procedure was not reimbursed or even acknowledged, they simony say they’ll get back to me and then never respond.

Very easy to file my office visit for our dog Abbie. Abbie had her yearly physical and two booster shots on Thursday May 7th. When we got home I used the Leonade App to file our invoice. Within 15 minutes my claim was being routed to.my bank account.

Be really careful if you take out a policy. I am trying to stop an auto renew of the policy but it is impossible. You cannot access your account either from the app or website directly, 'whoops lemonade has gone sour', i didn't realise that the entire business was AI and bots with no way of speaking to a person.
I have tried emailing and sending a message via social media but no response.
I am now having to speak with my bank to try and stop money from being taken from my bank account

Not the kind of person to waste my time writing a review, but when you cancel a company 3 years prior and then loose your debit card only to receive an email for $85 invoice only to realize this terrible company has been charging me for 3 years costing over $1000 and after I relay all this to them their only response is "how would you like to pay that past due fee" they will not get it and ill do much more than $85 in reviews, this will become my part time job to lose you business and spread the word of your awful service.

UPDATE: Further to the below there is no way of speaking to anyone at Lemonade or a member of staff. The only communication is with a gormless 'Bot' called 'Maya'. Lemonade are REFUSING to confirm that Auto Renewal has been turned off. I have sent over 50 Email messages with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE...
There seems to be no way of cancelling the Auto Renew on House Insurance. Their 'Bot' called 'Maya' just keeps on referring me to the option to cancel and Customer Services will not confirm the policy will not Auto Renew. What a joke. I will not use Lemonade Insurance ever again

Poor renewal process. Automatically added an additional charge for “food spoilage coverage” as part of the renewal policy. No option to remove, because it’s not part of my current policy and the renewal policy hasn’t gone into effect yet. So I can only cancel AFTER my new policy has gone into effect and have already begun paying it.
Very poor communication. Takes multiple days to get a response from the team and they misinterpreted my question/concern multiple times even though it was very clear

Very poor customer service, I just purchased a home policy in April and the policy starts today, I have many times to request them to check policy holders name as I found wrong info, I filled forms correctly and don't know why one of the holder name is wrong, but today I just received their email and the wrong name again.

I can highly recommend Lemonade. In March, I had to replace the bathroom basin in the apartment that I rent. Lemonade was there every step of the way and answered all my questions.
