The product ist great, the online chat and phone team is great. Sometimes I miss a better communication concerning f.e. the delayed delivery of an ordered piece. My ordered saddle piece is overdue since first week of July, my holidays are coming up, I´m getting nervous......

The Lemmon bike is something special if you are looking for a e-bike that you also use as a normal bike. The bike is very lightweight for a e-bike and very stable.

I love my Lemmo. It´been a few months now and I am still all for the Lemmo! Easy to handle, perfect for the city. I run the belt drive version and never have to worry about anything. And the bike is really lightweight - I can easily carry it up any flight of stairs if needed. If you´re in for the sports, get the chain, however, - else the pedaling frequency is too high beyond 30 km/h. The bike´s design creates flash mobs - people stand still to admire it. I miss a luggage carrier, but I´m getting used to the side bag.

This is not a company to do business with at this time - the disconnect between the glossy front end brand/image and actual capability to fulfill an order is just too stark. There was zero communication once my money had been taken (£2400) and the target delivery date range of up to 4 weeks came and went without comment. I had to pursue an enquiry and only after repeated contact attempts was I told that it could be another 4-5 weeks before my bike would be delivered. The expectation seemed to be that I should just accept this. I have not. Order cancelled.

I ordered my bike the 3th of April, and instead of the promised 3 week delivery I still not have my bike nor a expactation of arrival. It seems that they don't have a clue about their process, they are not pro-active in their communication and the helpdesk seems external / very generic ( there have been 4-5 times a "unexpected" delay. How can it be unexpected for them if I where already expecting it without info about my order ).
I gave some tips about being pro-active in communcation and status, but since the past 8 weeks I did not see any progress, so that is the reason I write this negative review. No progress and no solutions.

I love my ST Model! I have it from pre-order in 2023 and am super happy with it. It's light, comfortable and super cool!
My delivery was somewhat delayed but it didnt bother me at all. The customer service was super friendly and nice and we were in touch the whole time. I was positively surprised how quickly they responded!
I would definitely buy it again, worth every euro!

It took a while to get here but I am really happy with it. It rides very smoothly and the connection with the app is fantastic.

Excellent bike! I have had it for almost 2 months and I'm very happy with it. It's beautiful, the range is very good, and it's sturdy. I'm very happy with my purchase and I encourage anyone who wants a bike to buy one too..

Ordered the Lemmo One in March this year. Every week they promise, that they will ship it out next week. And the next week, they answer with the same response.
It does not seem to be delivered any time soon and it seems that the companies is actively lying about the delivery date - not sure what they want to achieve with this... this is a very bad customer experience for such a small company – I will cancel my order and buy from a different company which actually cares more about their customers.

After extensive research on electric bicycles I decided to buy Lemmo's MK One. I knew Lemmo were newer to the market, but I really loved the design of the bike.
I placed my order for a Sand ST belt model on 28th January 2024 with a number of accessories, totalling £2,200. I received an email on 29th January saying the Sand belt model was out of stock, but that I could receive the Sand chain model if I wanted. I told support I wanted to wait for the Sand belt model.
On 16th February Lemmo emailed me to say that if I wanted the belt model in grey, "we will ensure a smooth transition. Within a week of confirming the order exchange, we will assign you the bike you have chosen and ensure a prompt delivery process."
On 27th February I confirmed I was happy to receive the belt model in grey, as at this point I really need a bike as I have no method of transportation.
Since my email to Lemmo on 27th February, I have not heard back from Lemmo, and I have not received the bike. I have emailed them an additional 3 times only to be met with radio silence.
I have now opened a case with PayPal to try and get my money back. It's a shame as I think Lemmo have a lot of potential, but the infrastructure of this start-up and customer support is terrible - it makes me question what support would be like in future if I had a problem with the bike.
I would not recommend based on my experience.

Vision Statement: "As a company committed to sustainability, Lemmo aims to lead in micromobility."
What a ludicrous notion! Allow me to elaborate: We, as a company based in the EU, rightfully expect tax benefits with our purchases. However, despite our entitlement, Lemmo invoiced us for the full amount. A reputable company would promptly rectify such an error through a credit note, a corrected invoice, and a reimbursement. Yet, Lemmo's proposed solution? To dismantle the bike, return it, repurchase it, and then reassemble it—all just to issue the correct invoice. Truly sustainable, isn't it? One can only imagine the absurdity of their processes when addressing issues like bike or battery repairs.
Consider this a cautionary tale for those contemplating business with this company. While they may project a modern image, the reality is far from it. They're nothing but rigid, outdated dinosaurs.

My Lemmo is great. I bought this bike during Black Friday, and even though it took a little longer to deliver, I am still very satisfied. All the components are of good quality as described, and my colleague thought it was great and wanted one too. Nice bike, good battery duration, easy to handle, and a pleasant riding experience.
