I cannot thank Omar and lemlo enough for their excellent customer service. I ordered from the UK and the item was with myself within just under a week. I got a curtesy call from Omar to check I had received item and was everything OK. I will most definitely order from this beautiful boutique again.

Superior Customer Service
My first time shopping with Lemlo from USA. Yes, there were shipping and customs charges, however, the rates were clearly and accurately represented in my shopping cart. Shipping time was exceptional (received in 4 days)! Regrettably, the incorrect item (albeit impeccably wrapped) was received. One digit off, human error, not a big deal. I contacted Customer Service and received almost immediate (time zone difference taken into account) reply email and phone call within 24 hours to resolve. My representative was exceptional - professional, competent and quickly resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I couldn't be more pleased with his diligence and his sincere apology for the error. My "only" challenge was the Italian to English translation on the website when I initially completed the return form. I would definitely shop with them again.

I am satisfying with your product but your customer service is not that nice. I've sent two e-mails and leave several messages to your messenger to get a document for the customs clearance. Fortunately I got the document from you through the email but your messenger still not answer for my request.
I think your web site is good and you have good products with good price. I think I am lucky to find you and could buy a MaxMara jacket. If the customer service is improved, I think there is a competitive edge to compete with the Matches fashion in South Korea.
