Aweful customer service, that couldn’t even spell my name correctly after several emails. purchased in December and only a partial refund offered for defective units ( the IR connection actually burnt a brick!)
Lights didn’t work, or were dull.

I watched a video of the installation of the lights in the vangough starry night lego set. They had the best distribution of lights.

The lights on our LEGO Concorde is fantastic. The lighting takes just a short time to understand and be careful as you install so you do not see the wires. The tweezers are an essential tool especially with my chunky fingers.
Delivery was perfect and any contact is answered very quickly and helpful. Perfect.

Fast shipping and good contact with the manufacturer (I combined two separate orders into one shipment). Kits well packaged and beautiful looking after installation.

Takes forever to get here. Not worth the wait. To expensive.

My purchase took an extremely long time to be sent and then when I enquired where it was in transit, they had no idea where it was and even asked me to eventually pick my order up at a depot with no address or reason. Communication was so bad and slow. I did eventually receive my order but would never order from them again.

I am mostly satisfied with the goods they send, but it takes over a month before you get them. I think that is too long. Two weeks is enough, I think.

Instructions were thorough and easy, end result was fantastic really happy how it turned out.

Ordered and was kept informed of progress and delivery date. Personal service the item was bought as a Christmas present! But I’m sure they will be very happy.

I just found your lights this year and of course love them. I also just got into Lego making. I have several, of the batman Lego set, the lights and the sound and remote are excellent. i just wish you made more sound and remote kits. Will continue to purchase from your company.

An excellent addition to my UCS Millenium Falcon, which truly makes it 'come alive' as a display. Thank you for a superb kit which is beautifully made and designed. Your online PDF instructions are superb and everything worked perfectly from the very start. I am delighted.
