Product

Product - Fine, but don’t expect nice packaging, instructions or even an invoice label because (bit of a theme coming up) they ship it straight from China. 100% not worth the £70 or even the £40 sale price. It’s probably costs about £2 to make.

Communication - terrible, you will wait ages for delivery and they will not respond to emails. In the words of a certain American president “Because it comes from China”

Delivery - terrible, the business is UK based but the products are shipped straight from China and they just stick another shipping label on top of that (I can see it).

Summary - buy a similar product from any other shop other than this one. The product, whilst functionally workable, is a cheap Chinese import and not worth the overall cost or the annoyance of dealing with this tinpot company.

This shop is a scam

This shop is a scam. They claim to sell sustainable products, but the products are from CHINA!!! Plus, returns are at the buyer's expense. Don't buy from them!

They send directly from China

They send directly from China, without ever telling you that ahead of time. Meaning, it takes forever to arrive, and you could also have gotten it directly from a chinese company for a fraction of the price.
