I have now had a chance to look into your case in more detail and i may need you to provide some further information.
Our records show that you purchased this policy via a price comparison site and did not declare any previous medical history for either traveller.
When you contacted us, we could have facilitated a new policy that included your previous medical history if required but i note that you opted to cancel the policy instead. We are still able to fulfil your original request for a new policy if required.
Can you elaborate on the comment about your medical conditions not carrying over please? This would indicate you were expecting previous medical conditions to transfer to this policy but far as i could see, this was not a renewal, but a brand new policy. If you can confirm this additional context, id be happy to investigate further.
