Great service. Very fast turnaround. Same day skip exchange or next day latest

Good price and polite office staff but I booked until a certain date knowing I was moving house. I rang on the stated date to check collection that day and they confirmed. Nothing collected. Next day, rang in the morning and outlined the importance of collection… once again confirmed but not collected despite a second call. Rang and Whatsapp messaged reiterating the importance of collection that day due to the move. Eventually done so mid afternoon after two subsequent calls.
I found the service very stressful and unreliable and therefore would not use again and could not recommend.

This company caught the phone line outside my house and are denying it was them. They have caused damage to my property and are saying in a space of 13 mins the wind pulled out my fascia board and lifted the tiles all the way up to my chimney. I've had 3 roofers and open reach round who all said that wind
hasn't done this, it's been lifted up. I have photos of before and after, the company ignored the photos. The driver admitted he was new. I'd recommend you pay close attention to the drop off and pick up of any skip from this company and record it. 2 people witnesses this, if it's not on video they don't believe you. I now have a £280 bill because off a skip next door had. I'm a single mum with 4 kids so thanks for an unnecessary expense I could do without. Because of your incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
