I cannot thank Neil enough for the care he took to get to know my husband and managed to convey his personality and humour. He lead the funeral faultlessly and his professionalism showed through. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

From the moment my brother and I met Neil,we knew we were in safe hands. He spent so much time making sure he knew about my mum and our family so he could get the service just right. He was supportive and friendly and made things alot easier for us. I have been to plenty of funerals where the person taking the service hasn't taken the time to get a feel for a family. We were so lucky to use Neil's service.Everyone said what a lovely,fitting service it was with a mix of information and memories of mum. I can't thank Neil enough for his efforts and compasion, he made us feel we had "done mum proud" .

Neil lead a service for my Grandad on 21st July. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Neil has a delivery that is engaging and warm throughout. Delivering my Grandads stories and adventures was seamlessly constructed by Neil and executed with precision.

The lead up to the service Neil spent time with the family and was nothing but kind and considerate. Further adding advice on what we could include in the service.

From the very start Neil John made us feel very relaxed at what is a difficult time, he spent hours just talking with making us smile while we were going through our memories of Terry, nothing was too much trouble and he even found a very old vinyl record as a personal touch to play at the funeral for us , his story of Terry's life was excellent and read out with care and compassion , he was completely professional throughout and by the end of the whole process he felt more like a friend , could not have asked for anything more .

At a very emotional time Neil was professional, helpful, kind and caring. The service was a true reflection of my dad’s life, with a great balance of the seriousness of the occasion; time to reflect on the memories we all have and a few funny moments from his life that prompted smiles amongst the tears. All our wishes were included. Family and friends that attended said the service prompted many memories of the impact my dad had on their lives too. Neil was especially caring to my mum who had lost her husband after 65 years of marriage.

Neil was fantastic with looking after us all through the process of sorting my auntie funeral out. He came round to the home to talk to us all. He suggested that the four of us write something down and give it to him on what she ment to us and a funny story about her life. We told him that she liked leopard skin clothing and he went out his way ro buy a tie to match what us as a family wore a item of animal print. You couldn't asked for a better celebrate and he makes it go as easy has he can at that sad time. When we have another funeral I would not hesitate to have him again. Big thanks again Neil.

Neil was more than helpful in arranging my partner's funeral service. Nothing was too much trouble and paid genuine interest in the family's requests. Neil has a pleasing personality and is easy to talk to. I can recommend him unreservedly.

After my children lost their father in traumatic circumstances finding the right celebrant to do the service was really important. Neil was professional and caring taking the children’s views and feelings into account. He was patient, understanding and thoughtful and made them feel like they’d played an important part in the service. He was always available to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble making the difficult process more bearable. The service was personal and unique thanks to Neil and all his hard work, time and effort.

Neil spent time with my family to get to know what sort of person my dad was. This allowed him to carry out the ceremony fitting to my dad. He is professional, easy to talk to and gives you the type of day you and your family want for your loved one . Thank you Neil .

Neil was very professional and warm in a very tragic time for our family. He listened patiently to our stories and memories, weaving together a personalised and beautiful service. He was enthusiastic to give us something special and unique to reflect the person we were remembering perfectly. What a truly lovely and professional guy. We really couldn’t have asked for a more help and caring celebrant for Dad’s funeral. Right from the first meeting with Neil, he guided us through what needed to be done, listened to our wishes and on the day, delivered a beautifully fitting celebration of Dads life. We have been using Neil for about 10 months now and all I can say he's a genuine very likeable person, and all the families that have used him have said the same. He spends time with the family getting to know them and more important there loved one and treats them like family, and his services are very good and always gives families a momento of the service beautifully presented.
