Total scam, be careful to loose your money!!!

Last week on Monday (8 days ago) I placed an order on your website from multiple deliveries worth 30 euros. I have received NO CONFIRMATION e-mail, and even though I have messaged customer service twice since my order, I have had NO RESPONSE at all. It seems that this website is a total scam.

I want my money back asap.
