1 star — Refund withheld without explanation
I returned my order to the LEGO Shop, and the return was delivered 20 days ago. I am still waiting for my refund.
I contacted LEGO Customer Service several times, but instead of processing the refund or providing a clear explanation, I was simply refused. No evidence was provided to justify withholding my money, and I was not given a reasonable explanation of what exactly is preventing the refund from being processed.
The return has already been delivered, yet LEGO is still holding my money with no clear resolution or concrete timeframe.
This is extremely frustrating and not the level of customer service I would expect from a company like LEGO. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase support to get their money back after a successfully delivered return.
LEGO: please provide a clear explanation, evidence for your decision, and process my refund without further delay.
