Great service

Received a free pair of socks with my order of 16 pairs of various, and a personal note. Wonderful service, will surely buy from them again.

Nice customer service after quality issues

The delivery was fast and i liked the personal greeting card, it was a nice touch. However, both tights had holes on them after ONE wear ( i wore them for 8 hours of office work, which is sitting at a table). I am aware that they are re-sellers, and are not responsible for the quality, but maybe they should review some brands they're selling to avoid issues like this.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you had a bad experience with a product from our shop.

We have sold many products from this manufacturer and sometimes, despite quality control, a bad product escapes the factory. Our normal procedure at LegLove, when this happens, is sending a new replacement product to the customer or as in your case we cancel the deal and give you back your money.

We are in a constant dialogue with our suppliers with regard to quality and price. Unfortunately, there will from time to time escape flawed products out of the factories. As a re-seller we obviously want to protect our customers against flawed products, but as you case show, we don’t always succeed.
