Terrible Experience
I received a Chanel purse with the wrong COA So we opened it. Same bag just the handle had black through it vs ours all gold.
So my husband said get a COA I did the two hour that was late. In the wrong one from there site the chain pulls had a hallmark on both rings. When we looked at ours it did not. So we pulled up every purse we could find same series to our and the wrong one. Every singe purse had the hallmark on the chain pulls but ours that came back authentic.
I have been asking customer service for 5 days to clarify the difference and no response. All I get is you’ll get a email. When??? When it can’t be returned, so I loose all my money because of a mistake I constantly am asking to be reviewed. So disappointed, this was supposed to be exciting and fun. It’s been a nightmare!! At best. Thank you for taking our money and not doing the job in full. Now if we want this to be looked at in person we have to drive three hours away. Great service keep it up.
Your response was directly from AI as we got that answer originally, before we looked at the exact purse we purchased. Not all bags have we do understand that. I provided at least 10 photo of the exact purse I purchased!! I asked for this to be reviewed again , not a AI answer on 10 different purses. That email was sent day 6 after 4 attempts on customer service. Please don’t make the mistake of misrepresenting your contact with me. It’s insulting!! I still have no answer on a very specific question that would take you team 10 minutes to look at.

Non Existent Customer Service 8 Days Later
I’ve done two orders with LegitGrails. The first one went fine and they flagged my handbag as a fake which I assumed it was. The second order for a vintage Celine bag which was of more importance to me was delivered later than the 12 hours as promised. I was fine with the late report but followed up their conclusion with a question as they claim that my bag is authentic. I was happy with the results but confused about a photo that I sent them. I followed up with a message to their support team asking them why the bag uses American snaps as per the photo I sent showing the American patent on a snap made by the Fasnap Corporation . Why would a French brand use an American snap? The companies snaps are used in various industries, including marine, automotive, and general industrial manufacturing as per their website. Not a company that specializes in snaps for designer bags. I sent 3 message asking for clarification and have heard nothing back..it’s been days now. Very unprofessional and I noticed in the poor reviews that their description of my Celine bag is identical to a description of a Burberry bag. I now have no confidence in this company. I asked a simple question and my messages have been ignored. I would find a LEGIT company to authenticate your bag. Waste of money!!!
I sent an email as per your request and have still not heard back. Why offer to help and ask me to email you if you won’t bother to respond? It’s been 8 days and four messages sent.

They also prioritize Customer care, because I especially like the fact that they send an immediate response to your emails regarding whatever question or concern you may have.
One thing I would add is, that I honestly would like a little bit more specifics when a luxury item is authenticated, and turns out to be fake, aside from that Legit grails is top notch, fast, and affordable when authenticating luxury items in my opinion.

I really trust LegitGrails
I really trust LegitGrails, but there was a time that they want to force us to look at the code inside the pocket which is very impossible to take a photo of the code because the pocket is very small and very hard. If we continue to see the code we might rip the pocket apart. I hope the authenticators would think of other ways to make things easier for us. But so far they are #1 on my list. Cheaper, authenticates very quick and the staffs are very friendly especially Sir Marcos who answers my query very quick.

Payed for a 2 hour authentication service and didn’t meet this timeframe was way beyond that and no explanation from the at all. They are misleading with there timeframes and charge people more money for quicker services but can’t meet the time frame they show on there website. No explanation nothing! They are very misleading and I wouldn’t recommended them if you want trust in someone I would seriously look elsewhere. Not a good experience at all with these
