Complaint – Withdrawal not received and account abuse – Legiano Casino
Hello,
I would like to submit a formal complaint against Legiano Casino regarding an unpaid withdrawal of approximately €30,000.
Issue details:
• I won about €30,000 playing mainly the game Crazy Time.
• The casino forced me to sign a document allegedly limiting my legal rights.
• They played almost all of my winnings without my consent, sometimes with very high bets (up to €2,000 or more), while my actual bets were always hundreds of euros, never repeating amounts.
• My betting style was progressive, with never identical amounts, e.g., 120 €, 126 €, 247 €, 228 €, across sessions of about 12 spins. The casino’s bets were repetitive (140 €, 180 €, etc.) and included games I never played.
• I attempted to withdraw a portion of my winnings (3 withdrawals of €800) which were canceled by the casino.
• Access to my account has been repeatedly blocked:
• Password reset links not received or defective
• Multiple interactions with support were required over two weeks just to regain access
• My account history shows bets as if they were made by me, but they were made by the casino.
• I relied on these winnings to cover my financial needs, and the failure to pay has caused serious financial difficulties.
Evidence available:
• Screenshots of account balance and game history
• Copies of communications with customer support
Demand:
I demand full recovery of my winnings. I will not leave empty-handed.
I request that Casino Guru assist in pressuring Legiano Casino to respect my rights and issue payment in full.
