I've been with Leger Clinic 18months…
I've been with Leger Clinic 18months now and its been the right decision from the start. Less money oritentated like most the others. Always quick and reliable service from them. Dr Savage was the lead doctor I beileve and the team have grown in numbers and continue with expert advice, supprt and direction. Let me say one thing - I went through hell, not just mainly because of my job and other matters, but poor sleep, weigth gain, zero libido, etc etc, and damaging my 23 year marriage and mental health making me think I'd just end it all - but I can't give up like that and after lots of research was pointing to my testosterone levels (and other hormones related) and Leger were understanding and informative, whereas the NHS just were not interested. This day they agreed I was requiring support, it changed my life. Its been made easy by leger and they have recently joined forces with Medichecks (who are a very well known lab test/supplier organisation). Its not been all smooth sailing with comms and test postage and the change from intravenous kits to finger prick tests since the joint effort, but everything is working very well and huge benefits and test analysis kit costs reduced. Leger have remained focused on clients and treatment and not extortionate membership or adhoc supplementary charges. I've been dealing an adavanced nurse practioner Richard Wayman more recently and I couldn't ask for better knowedgeable, supportive and polite service! A+, don't go elsewhere people. I am not affiliated or being paid or asked to do this, just a genuine review.

Communication is key and the leger clinic provides it perfectly. Ive been with Dr savage for yrs now and always had a very good experience when getting prescriptions or just some general concerns. The Leger Clinic has grown over the yrs and the team is bigger but still as always first class.

Terrible, unfortunately.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Everything was great until I paid. They took ages to reply to any emails, and when they did, it was always a generic “we’ll get back to you shortly”. Four days after starting with them, they were sending me emails to pay for a £110 venous blood draw that wasn’t even needed. I had to point it out to them! Their website clearly states that a finger prick monitoring test is all that’s needed at four weeks, which is £50 cheaper. They also started me on 60mg of cypionate a week, which, after speaking to different doctors, is basically a waste of time. I waited a week for them to confirm that I was started on the right dose (as others I’ve spoken to are started on 100mg a week), but in the end, I gave up and changed providers. Unfortunately, these people don’t know what they’re doing.

Tired of no answer from NHS and would never self medicate that's a fools game
For many years, I suffered from varying symptoms. Not getting any real progress within the NHS, I turned to Dr. Savage at the Leger Clinic for help, and I wish I had skipped the NHS years earlier. His knowledge is second to none. He also lives in the real world and is not bound by NICE guidelines or budgetary constraints.
He referred me back to the NHS for further tests as well as treating me based on my blood results and a thorough medical examination and discussion. Furthermore, the clinic bases its treatment on the latest research, not on NHS guidelines, which are often outdated.
While going private is more expensive than taking a chance on the black market, we are talking about your health. I wouldn't put unknown sources of oil or petrol in my car, so why would I treat my body any differently? Anyone who would is foolish.
I would recommend the clinic to anyone serious about taking care of their health.

So glad I chose Leger
There's a few clinics in uk to choose from with varying reviews. I have to give Leger 5* for all they've done for me. They really do care and have offered me different treatment options at different stages rather than dictate to me. No other clinic can compete on blood test costs. Every member of staff from admin, Luis, Richard, Dr Greenwood, Dr Savage have all exhibited tremendous care, knowledge and speedy responses. I really can't fault them. I'm sure I will live longer because of Leger!

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. They use predatory tactics to get you to try a test. The first test seems cheap enough but once paid for there is a second blood test you need to complete which is an extortionate amount to pay for. Also the first test kit they send out is terrible quality and not good enough.

Regarding the quality of the test kit, we’re sorry if this caused any difficulty. Most of our patients find the kits easy to use, but we understand that this can vary, and we’re always happy to assist or send a replacement if needed.

Disappointed
I reached out to Leger Clinic regarding medical support, explaining my unique situation. I’m a British national, a UK tax payer, and have a permanent residence in the UK. Although I am currently working in the Middle East, I’m actively managing my care through the NHS and was hoping to consult with Leger for additional support.
Unfortunately, I received a very brief and disappointing response stating, “We only deal with UK-based patients.” I followed up to clarify that I am indeed a UK citizen with full ties to the country, but since then, I’ve received no reply.
I was genuinely surprised by the lack of engagement and the abruptness of the communication—especially from a clinic known for dealing with sensitive health matters. I expected more understanding and professionalism. This experience has left me quite disappointed.

I have been told that Ledger no longer…
I have been told that Ledger no longer accept my doctors blood tests and will only accept Medichecks. They claim this is for safety and sent me a prepared email about people screen shotting the doctors results. Nothing to do with being bought by Medichecks. They must think their clients are stupid. I am cancelling my membership and would rather go elsewhere than deal with underhand practices.
