Having been with several private clinics over the last 10 years on my TRT journey, a friend told me to switch. I have been with the clinic now for 3 years and in my time I have had no problems. The clinic, the staff and the consultants have been excellent. Always very responsive to phone calls(in the past when the phone system was still around) and emails and I will continue to use them

The office team responds promptly, which is reassuring and shows that emails are not left unattended. I also appreciate that some of the staff, such as doctors and advanced nurses, have experience working in or are still connected to the NHS. This connection instills confidence that they understand NHS standards and expectations, even though this is a private service.

It would be great if they could also offer blood tests to identify potential nutritional deficiencies, which could complement optimizing hormone panels.
Another positive experience I had was with the nurse. Although the website suggests that a nurse phone call needs to be booked and paid for, after a few email exchanges, the nurse called me for a 30-minute discussion without the mention of needing to book or pay etc. This gesture speaks volumes and shows that the service isn’t purely profit-driven.

As someone with a blood disorder, the extra explanations and personalized care have been incredibly reassuring. Thank you!

Been with Leger clinic for 2 years now. Fast response to emails (normally 1-3 days), affordable membership pricing compared to other clinics. Overall I can't fault the service and would recommend them to anybody needing hormone treatment.

Great service and Professional care

The practice provides excellent customer service. The doctors and support staff are all helpful and understanding of individual circumstances, and accommodate as far as possible. I approached the practice with some concerns about treatment options (having done some reading online), and Dr Greenwood provided options that suited me better than expected.
