You won’t even get your order
Ordered in august, now November, don’t keep to shipping times. Send out shipping emails stating “order shipped” but all they’ve done is created a label and still waiting for my order to ship weeks later. Don’t tell you another shipping date and worst customer service going. You have to go through your bank to get a refund for the products you never get.

I ordered a hoodie in the wrong size by accident. Just wanted to exchange it for the right size. Tried to contact someone but kept getting automated emails about the crappy return policy. No customer service. Why give options for issues with the product if nothing will be done about it
