Still waiting for my refund — disappointing service from Real Madrid Store and legends.net
In July of this year, I opened a complaint regarding a Real Madrid official shirt I purchased from the Real Madrid Store. I was asked to return the item by mail so the issue could be resolved. I did so, and I was told that the shipping costs would be reimbursed — however, this never happened.

), but unfortunately, they stopped responding.
I have the shipping invoice as proof, and the return was due to a product quality defect. I was asked to provide my IBAN and the invoice, which I did, but I was never refunded.
It’s disappointing to have to come to this kind of platform to resolve a simple €12 refund issue.
