Legalzoom have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish in what can only be described as a unique case of events with my onward purchase. I have had 2 different case handlers on 2 properties and they showed true professionalism from the get go. All of the staff have been so friendly and couldn’t do anymore for me.

My experience with this firm has been painful. They have delayed the entire process of my application. Some of the legal papers presented by them had numerous errors. In one instance I got placed on hold for over 15 mins with not so much as an intermittent check in until I hung up. The main case worker avoided contacting me despite my numerous calls and messages. The process unfortunately is still ongoing and has heightened my anxiety and stress levels. What was meant to be the start of an exciting journey for my husband and I, has turned into a living nightmare by some of the most unprofessional of staff I have ever met.

Had a really good experience with legal zoom (Beaumont legal). Nothing went right With our conveyance to be honest so you’d expect me to unhappy with them but I was informed each step of the way what was going on and it wasn’t their fault. I was ready to go months in advance of the property chain and despite all the chasing it took nearly 6 months for a 3 person chain to complete.

They were responsive and the efficient and had us ready to exchange quickly. Not sure you need anything else from a firm.

Just a shame you can’t control everyone else in the chain!

We have used Dharmy and his team for a number of years now mainly because they are so efficient and address any issues immediately. When selling my last house, the buyer raised 25 questions to which I received a phone call immediately from one of the team to address them so we were able to respond the same day in order not to delay the sale. I have highly recommended the team to other friends and family members who have all found the service excellent. Thanks guys for making my life much easier and taking the stress out of buying and selling our houses.

Terrible service,

We have has a very negative experience with this company, the communication was lacking causing a number of problems along the way. Case handlers were inexperiences and lacked knowledge, we were told to provide information that was needed, but upon talking to another solicitor this information was not needed and in fact impossible to acquire! Staff were rude on the phone and not at all helpful. Important signed documents were lost.

After finally completing we received the letter form our new mortgage provider with the incorrect details on!

We would not recommend this company to anyone else, avoid the stress and go elsewhere.
