Well just today the great staff at Legal Vision have organized and submitted my International Trademarking
I appreciate the professionalism put in to make this happen today as I gave them no notice.

I recently signed up with Legal Vision to provide support for my new company. I could not be happier with the service they have provided so far. They took a keen interest in my company and what we were trying to achieve and have provided excellent legal support across a range of areas, from customer contracts, trademarks, employment contracts and legal advice. The lawyers have been very available, professional and friendly and the PRISM system works really well. It is like having your own legal team. Incredible value and highly recommended!

Have used the Legal Vision subscription over the past year and found it reasonably good value, however had some quite consistent and repeated issues with logging on to their Prism platform.
In general, I found their services to be efficient, helpful and professional. I did have some issues on cancelling the subscription and was given no response for some time. I also found that over the course of the subscription, many of the services needed were outside of the scope of the subscription and required additional costly fees. I also found that the quoted works for these services were always blown out to be more than quoted, just for awareness of potential unexpected costs.

Olivia has always provided sound advice to us with regards to all our franchising queries. She has felt like an extension of our team and network and I would highly recommend her and Legal Vision!

Comfort was amazing in helping me with an HR issue. Throughout the issue (which lasted around 3 months from start to finish), Comfort was always available and super helpful and supportive. It was incredibly re-assuring having someone so competent helping me navigate this (and my stress levels) through this process. Thank you Comfort.

The solicitor I spoke to hang up on me and my sister in a conference call when we challenged some of her theories. This person was very unprofessional and sounded inexperienced and clearly uncertain. Secondly, she did not prepare for the meeting and did not read over any email notes leading up to the meeting. I wanted to postponed the meeting a few days but the admin was adamant that they were prepared to talk to us on the same day. We just spent considerable time repeating ourselves and all this person could tell us is that it would be expensive to run the case. This is without doing any prior research. I then telephoned to make a complaint about being hung up on and they advised that the appointment was free, and like, what did I expect? When asked, they also could not confirm whether they had retained any of our financial documentation. This firm was referred to us so it's not as though we sought them out in the first instance. I see they are still touting their awards from 2021. That was 3 years ago. I wonder what has happened since then. Well I think we had a taste today.

I contacted a company listed on the Gov.UK website for assistance in drafting a confidential agreement. They responded promptly the following day, offering one-off assistance and emailingq the required confidentiality agreement. However, I never received the email. When I asked for an explanation, a clerk informed me that the company only provided assistance to its members at reasonable rates and advised me to seek IP legal advice elsewhere. It is surprising to see a seemingly official government-affiliated company miss out on a potentially lucrative business opportunity without conducting a proper analysis.
