Felt like a trap: nightmare to cancel, no refunds, and not worth it
This service is definitely not worth the high subscription cost. To make matters worse, they hide the cancellation option, making it feel intentionally dishonest and frustrating to opt out. Even though I tried to cancel within minutes of being charged an unwanted monthly fee, customer support refused to issue a refund. Save your money and look elsewhere

Quite user friendly
The questions were clear and “dummied down” nicely so I didn’t have to guess what it was asking. There were also “footnotes” with helps if I was still unclear. There were also only thing I would have added was a way for all parties to sign electronically, since some of mine are across the country.
