I Am on Debt Management to Resolve Excessive Credit Card Debt, and have Been on it for Three Years, and am Looking at Two More Years to Totally Resolve.
I Have No Credit Cards, and Being Forced to Enter Debit Card Info to get the "Free" Document was Stressful. I Had to Cancel Because of the Potential Subscription Costs, as I am on a Fixed Income, and Every Dollar that I Get is Already Obligated.

Nice to be able to do this in an emergency, but if further direction is needed, you're a little in short supply of an answer, also it is a difficult trip to discontinue and opt out of your service, leaving a good chance of going into a chargeable monthly subscription which is not needed. Think more people would use your service if you charged a $1 for each service and you would get great feedback reviews .

Requires payment info even for "free" plan, which bills $1.74 per DAY after the 7 day trial. Cancel your trial the moment you sign up or face unexpected outrageous charges.
Edit: To be entirely fair, the actual form filling experience was very easy and straightfroward. The platform does what it says it does, but springing "create an account to continue" after having filled out everything is a sour move. Combined with requiring payment info even for the free option, this is why I chose to give 1 star.
