Although initially the bike I bought was not on the marked location, communication through messenger/fb was instantly replied and Friso came in person to bring an alternative bike.
Very happy with this service and would definitly recommend using legalbike to buy a, well, legal bike :-) on the go!

Good system. Awesome Idea. Could use more information on the bikes. Actually... It definitely needs more options. I bought a bike with the thought of it being the right size... because there isn't any info on the bike size... Now I have a small bike and I can't ride it. If you see this and are going to buy a bike here.... before you do send them a mail on the exact bike your going to buy.... Otherwise you'll just waste the money. I'm trying to fix this issue but I'm not hearing anything back.... soo... they have some issues I'm just patiently waiting.

Unique service! Very easy and quick to use. Only the front wheel of my bike makes a little noise (and at first I was concerned it was gonna break, but I've cycled on it all weekend and I think it works fine). Overall very happy! Would recommend
