This gift box is as stunning as the picture. Definitely worth the money! I bought this as a gift for my son who is studying hifdh as he saw it on a advert and fell in love with it. As I wanted to encourage him to continue his hifdh journey I got this for him and he was blow away. The Quran is the most prestigious and sacred thing in our homes and deserves to be respected and kept in this beautiful keepsake. We keep our box displayed in the living room as a reminder to use it all the time.

The box came well packages and was in a very luxurious black box. There was also a beautiful thank you note which included care instructions ( a must read) . We also got a dust bag Quran case which I assume you would use if you wanted to use the Quran or travel with it without taking the box.

The box contained the following items:

1. Oud Candle - smells beautiful and hoping they add the product online to buy on its own as we want a few around the house.

2. 4 luxury herbal teas - As found in Harrods!

3. A Gold ink pen - writes beautifully and came in its own velvet pouch.

4. A Quran Journal - Now this journal has instructions on the back on how to use it. It has been created for family learning and designed to set goals and write your reflections. There are duas with Arabic and English translations which is fantastic for learning. Each dua is worth learning as they are not the usual ones. However what I like the most is the scholars quotes as they are very inspiring and deep, not something you really read or see much of. My son uses the journal every night so we haven't used it as a family but its being used nevertheless. There is also a quiz at the back which is fun and friendly for all the family to do. on the whole this book is beautifully designed and also you can purchase it separately so I will get a few for my other children.

5. The Clear Quran - This Quran comes both in Arabic and English. The purpose is to encourage those who's first language is not Arabic to actually read the Quran with understanding and reflection. I have a gazillion English Qurans but they have always proved difficult to read simply because of the unrelatable old English! I have to say this Quran is by far the best Quran I have read. Furthermore it has been broken down into themes which gives you a great insight into the lessons learnt in each surah. It really is superb and we have all had a chance to take it in turn to read and discuss and reflect.

All on all I would say this product has made me look at the Quran in a complete different way. The reflection and engagement with the Quran has meant our family's relationship with the Quran is growing in a new way. We are talking more about it, we are thinking and reflecting. It truly has been a turning point for us all.

I have always wanted something like this to give as a gift. There are so many different types of Islamic gifts ma sha Allah and I love them all but this one really hit home for me. Not only did I love giving it, I am actually hoping someone gets one for me as well. Its just more special that way.
