I didn't received purchased sim cards.
Not sure this is caused by LeFrenchMobile company or by some post office - anyway end result is not satisfactory for me.

The SIM card is much harder to activate and configure than we expected from the company's description. We spent several hours at the beginning of our trip (not how we wanted to start our vacation!) including with customer service, trying to make the cell phone work. I got many messages like "SIM card not activated. One try remaining." I did not receive a phone number when promised. I never succeeded in activating the WiFi. My husband is an MIT-trained electrical engineer, yet had a great deal of difficulty. I would never recommend this product.

Excellent, I had previously bought a holiday SIM card from Bouygues which didnt really work. Limited service and I had problems with my bank card, topping up wasnt easy. Le French mobile has just been soo easy compared to my Bouygese esperience. The signal is better, I am in the Pyrénées and it works perfectly.

Tried contacting LFM by both chat and phone... no answer to either (and yes, I was in the correct time zone.) If their responsiveness is this bad to support calls/chats... and there's only a 62% chance that the sim card will work when I get to France... that's a problem!

I have been using Le French Mobile since 2017 because even now it is still the cheapest and least-fuss option for a Europe-wide SIM that automatically (most of the time) finds and connects to the correct mobile network every time you cross a border within the European Union.
I keep a euro balance on my account, and when needed I buy the 500 MB Europe data bundle (2 weeks' validity) for 5 euro. I make very few phone calls (and I usually use Skype for landline calls anyway), so that serves my needs perfectly. I rarely use all 500MB before the fortnight's up.
Outside the EU I buy a local SIM for the country I'm in, which is usually really cheap (e.g. in Serbia 10 euro for 100 GB for a month).
LFM customer service has VASTLY improved from the very poor service 4-5 years ago and I would rate the customer service now 4.2 stars overall, and 5 stars for ease of talking to a human who speaks good English (now the global language of cross-border communication).
I have some reservations about LFM. Numbers 1 and 4 are the biggest. Note: since getting this SIM I have not once been to France or had any connection with France other than this phone number.
1. Right when I first got the SIM and started using it I started getting spam SMS from a company called Marionnaud and I could not -- and still cannot -- block the number. So for five years I have been getting spam SMS in French of special offers on that company's products.
2. I also occasionally get other spam SMS in French, usually telling me I have a delivery and to click *this link* to get info on the delivery.
3. Sometimes I get spam phone calls from French phone numbers (country code 33).
4. Today I received a spam email in French on the new email address that I created about a year ago because my long-time email had been irrevocably compromised. I rarely get spam on this email address, and the only connection I have with France is my LFM SIM. My email address is on my LFM account.

I ordered a SIM plus credit on May 9. Payment cleared my bank May 13. After contacting Le French Mobile on several occasions I received my SIM on June 27.
Not good enough …
The SIM, activation and registration had step by step instructions which were easy to follow

My order placed on June 15th was received on June 29th - a 14 day delivery interval. I felt confused and overwhelmed by the instructions for establishing internet service with LeFrenchMobile once I reach France. I won't be able to comment on the phone, text or internet service until after reaching France on July 16th.

I have only been a customer for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very satisfied and the helpline responsive

Unfortunately I have never received the ordered and paid SIM card.
(though the indicated time for delivery is over)
Would be glad to be provided with some explanation from Lefrenchmobile.

Prompt shipping. Everything seems great. Daughter is studying in France this summer. Hopefully no issues when activated in France.
