I've been with Leeloo for a while now, and they're a great company. Yes there is rules (but where there isn't rules?...) they are simple. Once you success to respect rules and making money on market, Leeloo is paying you without any problem.

I've been trading with Leeloo for 3…

I've been trading with Leeloo for 3 years and have never had an issue receiving my payouts or getting them approved. I've successfully converted eval's to PA's with no issues....UNTIL NOW! I had a 300k PA that i requested my 3rd payout on 3/26/24, and was advised to contact them because i learned they were converting me to a "Super PA" acct. Keep in mind, after 4 payouts, there is no MAX that can be requested. Reason Chris gave was that the $300k acct was expiring and I needed to be moved to this new acct. I believe it's because I was building revenue and on my way to a VERY large payout because at this time the acct was at $329k. Leeloo gave me $9k of the $29k I built. I agreed because I was under the impression the "Super PA" would be soon to follow because they wanted to "copy my trades", and pay me for it. This was on 3/7/24. After about a month I hadn't heard anything so I set up a $150k eval and convert it to a PA and Leeloo cancels that account because they told me they were converting me to a "Super PA". I emailed Chris 4/11/24 to find out why this acct hasn't been set up and when. I told Chris this is how I am now trying to make my living. He responds.."We are working on it, I will be in touch very soon. We are making many new upgrades and improvements. I am sorry for the delay."
It is 5/2/24 and said acct is STILL NOT SET UP!!

I’ve been with leeloo for about to years and it has been a great experience, everytime I need something the support team is there to help including their CEO Chris who is a very nice and honest person. 100% recommended! World war 3 to avoid correcting any problems that may arise

signed up with this company Sunday for the 100k account. I had an issue the very first day, each time i tried closing a trade it placed another trade. I hit close and the system placed another trade. I contacted them and the experience was not pleasant. not only did they delete my account when I asked them to restore the account, i found out they charged me twice. This is something you should be aware of, they charge the recurring fee the same day the first bill is charged. I truly thought this would be an easy experience, but they threatened to put me on worldwide fraud alert and also threatened to contact rithmic to block me on other platforms. This is over 84 dollars charged twice mind you. Why is a company so desperate that a glitch on ninjatrader has them going to war to not have to refund me 84. I didnt even need the refund, i simply needed the account restored because if anyone buys an account and it liquidates because it cannot close, what's the point? Ive been with other prop firms and all they do is research the issue and restore the account. Super negative company, stay away. and to think i heard that some ceo there called chris is a good one yadda yadda yadda. if this is their approach, i am shocked beyond belief. thats all

We take accusations like this very seriously. To be clear:

Leeloo never “threatens” traders, nor do we place anyone on any so-called “worldwide fraud alert.” We do not have such a system, and this claim is not accurate.

All billing is handled through secure payment processors. A duplicate charge typically occurs if multiple attempts were made at checkout. In such cases, our support team issues a refund once verified.

Platform issues such as trades opening/closing unexpectedly are tied to the trading platform (e.g., NinjaTrader) or internet connection, not Leeloo. We have no ability to “force” trades.

Your account was not deleted arbitrarily—our compliance team disables accounts when there are payment disputes or irregularities that must be resolved first.

If you believe there was an error on your billing, please provide your Rithmic ID and transaction receipt so our accounting team can review and correct it. We’ve processed thousands of accounts successfully, and we are more than willing to resolve verified issues fairly.

I have been trading with LeeLoo for 6 Months

I have been trading with LeeLoo for number of months now. I successfully transitioned from evaluation to performance accounts. The 30 trading days till first payment is not negative. Number one it allowed me to slow down as I wasn't rushing to a payout. Secondly, the buffer I built in my performance accounts allowed me to weather some rough days and even a rough week. But more important, is the support that I have received from the LeeLoo team. They want you to succeed and have been very helpful in my journey.

LEELOO is the best by far! If you’re looking for an honest prop firm to trade with, LEELOO is it. Received my first payout, and couldn’t be happier. Honest and reputable prop firm

I have been with LeeLoo for at least a couple of years now, and I am impressed with their honesty, integrity, and willingness to work with people. We were having issues with emails getting through, we were able to easily solve the issue. Chris went above and beyond what might have been expected. Honest feedback on how leelootrading closed my practice account

Leelotrading closed my practical account LL014772 for no reason! I bought an account LL014772 for a trading service from leelootrading.com. On December 20, 2023 I received a practice account with Leelotrading. I paid the monthly data exchange fee of $93.15 and started trading. The next renewal of the monthly data exchange fee is scheduled for January 19, 2024 (Friday). On January 16, 2024, Leelotrading sends me an email:

(Your subscription UYJBR will renew within 3 days. If you wish to cancel, please log into your member's area and cancel your recurring subscription.

Special Note if you paid with PayPal: : *There are times when it can renew 1-2 days early, so there are times when the expiration date shows differently than when PayPal runs the renewal).

On January 18, 2024 (Thursday) I was charged $93.15 via PayPal for the monthly data exchange fee. In PayPal's history the payment is cognized as completed.

On January 20, Leelotrading deletes my account. On January 22, I opened a dispute on PayPal. After that, Leelotrading contacted me and assured me that they would solve the problem. Leelotrading provided a screenshot that the payment was made on 20 January. But on 22 January, the payment was suspended because I opened a dispute. On 22 January, I cancelled all disputes in the hope that Leelotrading would solve the problem.

I wrote to PayPal support and they assured me that the payment was 100% received by Leelotrading. And that the payment is in the Leelotrading account. Leelotrading denies this.

On 25 January, Leelotrading informs me that they have not received the payment. They also include Ukraine in the list of unwanted countries for their services and haste removed Ukraine from the list of available countries on their website.

Leelootrading ignored the fact that I could pay the bills from another PayPal account. But the Leelootrading is not interested in that. He claims that the US has imposed some kind of sanctions on Ukraine. But the Leelootrading could not confirm this. They hastily added Ukraine to the list of unwanted countries. I earned $895 on the practice account, but they closed it.

We have contacted you and emailed and showed you that we have not received the payment. The payment shows on permanent HOLD, this is out of Leeloo control, this is due to sanctions with Ukraine. We would love to continue to do business with you and our friends in Ukraine but stripe and PayPal are not processing those payments to us. We didn’t close your accounts. Since the monthly subscription was not paid, they become inactive. We emailed you with different options including placing your accounts on hold so you don’t lose out on your progress until the sanctions are lifted. But you don’t seem to want to believe us or work with us. Sorry you are not wanting to communicate and try to resolve this. This is not an easy fix, since it’s out of our hands.

I showed you the screenshots of PayPal, you can clearly see that haven’t received it. It says HOLD meaning it never got to us.

be careful spending your money and time on this company

be careful, they have trading rules that force you to trade for months before being able to withdraw (because they calculated the average account failure time) and once you reach your target in a completely discretionary way I can decide not to pay you (as happened to me), I repeat, even if you respect the rules can decide to reject your withdrawal request. Take a look at the payment testimonials: there are very few and now you know why.
Another note: the reviews here are very high because some comments with low ratings were deleted for some reason, I had read comments from other completely legitimate users who were deleted. Don't be fooled by lotus marketing, be smarter than me

We strongly disagree with your claims. Leeloo has clear, published rules regarding payouts, including consistency and risk management standards, which every trader agrees to before beginning. We do not “arbitrarily decide” not to pay anyone—payouts are processed when traders meet the requirements, and thousands of successful payouts have been made over the years.

Regarding reviews, we do not control or delete comments on this platform. Reviews that disappear are typically removed by Trustpilot themselves for violating their policies (e.g., duplicate accounts, unverifiable purchases, or offensive language).

If your payout was denied, it would only be due to a specific rule violation. Please provide your Rithmic ID and payout request details so we can investigate and respond to your case directly.
