Really fast and efficient service, two men cleared all waste wood quickly, left area clean and tidy and were pleasant and conscientious really good service will definitely use this company again. Reasonable price for the work involved.

I've used "Junk and Rubbish" twice in the last month or so and I will be using them again shortly. I think that says it all.
From my first contacting them, through to the clearing and removal of the "junk", they have been amazing.

I recently used Leeds Junk & Rubbish Removal for a big clearance job. The team who came out were excellent — very polite, helpful, honest, and they worked hard to get everything cleared just as quoted. They left the site clean and tidy, and I really can’t fault the quality of the rubbish removal itself.

There was a mix‑up with the office on the booking dates. I was told they’d be out the next day, but the team actually arrived two days later. Even with that hiccup, the on‑site crew did an outstanding job once they arrived, and the overall service from them was spot on.

A great clearance job in the end, and I’d happily use the removal team again.

Absolutely brilliant job done today! Would highly recommend this firm for getting all your junk and rubbish removed. Lads were very polite and accommodating and a very reasonable price!

Had a appointment booked for 9AM on 05/06/25, nobody turned up, no telephone call, nothing, after waiting for 20 minutes, called the office, a extremely unhelpful female staff answered the call, took details of the appointment and promised to call back within 10 minutes. Nothing happened, so had to call her back, her just could not care any less, not even trying to contact the team who supposed to turn up.

A business which deals with junk and rubbish, then developed an attitude of treating their clients as such. The female work who answered the calls thought there was nothing wrong wasting people's time. She just could not care any less.

Great service, from the first call to the guys picking up, Mark and Reece, really helpful, price was the same as other removals but chose these, does what it says on the tin with a smile, thank you 👍

I contacted the Team and agreed for an inspection date of the 5 April. Unfortunately, nobody turned up or called.

I queried this and was advised it was an admin error.

The Team then turned up on an alternative date, provided a quote of £144, to which I agreed and the job was completed. When they sent me a payment link they had increased the owed amount by £6.

I don't necessarily care about the money per se, it just felt as though they have attempted to take advantage by rounding up the costs from £144 to £150 - if they do this on an average of several jobs a week that's over £2000 a year - Interesting way to bring in extra cash and I would imagine many people would just pay it and that's what they bank on.

Disappointing service all round.

Brilliant! They came very quickly to give a more than reasonable quote and had the pile of rubbish and builders waste removed super quickly. It was so easy and the communication is fantastic from them. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Brilliant company, polite, tidy, great communication and always on time. I've used them a few times now, the latest team were Damien & Steve who I couldn't fault. It's much less hassle than hiring a skip. I highly recommend them.
