DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I am so sorry that I did not read these reviews before purchasing from this site.
I have experienced the same issue in that the product was cheap for the price paid and I could tell before I even opened the packaging. I tried several times to ask for the returns address and after a few email exchanges where they kept making excuses about how busy they were and that "Due to the exceptionally high number of orders this month, our Returns Department is finalising daily authorisations in sequence. You will receive the official return address and shipping instructions within the next 24–48 hours", the return address never came.
I tried to raise a dispute through my payment provider and apparently could not help me as the items were deemed as "delivered as described".
I have totally lost my money here and have two plastic lamps that I don't want or need.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and do not believe the website stating "90 day trial risk free" or that there is in fact any returns policy.
I feel totally helpless and scammed and with no way to do anything about it.
Poor quality product, ridiculous returns process
Update: 11Dec25: still waiting for a response from them. I have been sending daily emails without a response. I reiterate, avoid them like the plague.
My floor lamp arrived from China on 15Nov25 and even without opening it, could tell that the quality was not worth the price paid. It was a very light package. It has now been 2 weeks since I requested to return the item for a refund. The company were responsive to begin with but the process is ridiculously long winded and I am yet to receive the details of where to return the item.
A total scam.
A total scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Advertised very well on Facebook, I stupidly fell for the buy 2 and get a free lamp.
Received the cheap Chinese floor lamps, one lamp worked for 1 day and the other did not work at all.
No free lamp arrived.
I complained via email and they said I had to send it back and fill in a lot of paperwork and return in original box which I didn’t have and pay to send it back.
I feel scammed and will never impulse buy again without checking the company out.
Complete Scam
Complete Scam. I wish I had spent the 15 seconds searching for a review before impulse buying on instagram.
I doubt I’ll get any funds back given the ridiculous returns/refund procedure
🚫🚫🚫 Scam
🚫🚫🚫Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase from these people:
1) the products are nowhere near the quality made out or matching the price, cheap Chinese tat
2) they ignore returns using a Neanderthal form filling process to delay giving you your money back
3) they do not send you the free gift they state as part of the deal
❌❌❌
Avoid!
Cheap, late and one piece not turned up! Not what was advertised… feel like I have been scammed
SCAM - beware!
Sent me a poor quality product and the free gift didn't arrive. Expensive for poor quality Chinese rubbish that doesn't work properly. They don't reply to emails or calls and the whole thing is a massive scam. Avoid - I lost my money
SCAM
SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought online from an instagram add. No confirmation email, no acknowledgement of order, no goods received. Email to their email address bounced back undeliverable. No goods received. Complete theft and scam!
Do not buy from this Company
Do not buy from this Company, glossy Insta ads that deliver Chinese made items of quality far below the price. Website is made to make appear UK based I would say but they are not. You also do not receive the free item and as others have advised the Returns process is made difficult resulting in most likely losing the product and your money. The various claims on the website - ‘90 Day Trial - Risk Free and 30 Day Return Policy - you can shop with complete confidence’ appear completely false. The EU website link is no longer valid and again expect this is smoke and mirrors. This should not be allowed under Trading Regualitons.
This company is a fake merchant.
This company is a fake merchant.
The website is set up on something called shopify and the images are from chatGPT. The link to the DEUTSCH site does not connect. No business here, just a scam led by people who want to thieve your money.
They sell what are appear to be low priced , high quality products but this is not a true business.
Once they have your money they will exercise an impossible returns process, convoluted and difficult, hoping that you will be put off trying to get your money back.
Don't be put off, keep gathering evidence against them and work to get your money back through your bank.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Slow delivery, Incomplete order, low quality product, no returns response - save your money and shop elsewhere.
Poor quality
The products ordered are of a very poor quality vs the price charged, shipped from China, one address in the UK, return address in the US (of which the buyer needs to pay for).
Customer service email bounced, had to find a sales email to complain about the product.
Free product offered never came and was then told they were sold out but if I ordered more they would then include one.
The lights are ones you could buy from B&Q or any low budget store with flashing lights.
The 2 star is because I actually got the lights and they work (although the lighting is quite poor)
SCAM ALERT: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Stay far away from this company. This is without a doubt a fraudulent operation. Their website is a complete fabrication designed to mislead customers with false information, and the contact details provided are fake.
The product I received was nothing like the description, and their so-called "refund policy" is a lie—it simply does not exist. This is not a legitimate business; it feels like a single scammer running a Gmail account rather than a professional company.
Do not order from them. You will lose your money and receive nothing but frustration.
Very poor quality of products
Very poor quality of products! Received the wrong colour of the product that I ordered!
Avoid!!
Avoid!!! I was scammed :-( the light does not look like at all like in the picture on their website. It is cheaply made. Return address is in the States which I did not realise before. Has a London website on their website which is a lie.
Be careful, expensive and no free gift…
Advertised a free table lamp if two floor lamps were ordered = never arrived…so no value in the purchase because I could have purchased two lamps much cheaper from another site. So I would never use the site again and if you are thinking about doing so = don’t!!!
This is definitely a scam
This is definitely a scam! After ordering for delivery from uk site I waited 10 days while it was dispatched from China. On due delivery date I was informed by Royal Mail it was being returned to sender, CHINA?, as it was incorrectly addressed.
Was a bit sceptical before ordering but it was exactly what I wanted so I did.
Now have no idea how to get redress if possible, however I will try as I hate being hoodwinked by crooks.
Cheap tat from China, worth no more than $5 - beware!…
I saw a few ads on Instagram and liked the look of a free-standing light. In fact, I ordered two for a bargain price of 'just' £140'! It was a total scam.
The lights are an absolute waste of money and look incredibly cheap. They accept returns, as long as you are prepared to pay the postage to send them to Albuquerque, New Mexico!
I am hoping to proceed with a charge-back with my credit-card company.
Oh, and the 'free gift' lamp they promised did not arrive in the package.
Please don't waste your money.
Product is cheap and nasty
Advert via Facebook looked professional, selling a very elegant and upmarket product. But £91 paid for plastic rubbish and return would need to be to US and pay for insurance. Site now reported as dangerous scam on my phone and laptop. Probably trying to pose as respected site Eclat Noir, but note the actual name - Leeclatnoire. Very expensive and stupid mistake on my part to buy a cheap plastic piece of tat.
Poor quality and arrived broken
Poor quality and arrived broken, it also isn’t wireless as advertised - took over a month to get response to email which only happened after raising a chargeback with our card issuer. Now stating they’ll send replacement after confirming we’d get a refund, but it’s been 2 weeks since original response and still no instructions to return. Do not buy
