We are extremely happy with our electronic scoreboard from LED Systems and only wish we had installed it sooner.

LEDsynergy supplied Andover RFC with a fantastic new scoreboard in August 2024. The installation was efficient, quickly done and the operating system is simple and very effective. We now have a state of the art scoreboard that has completely professionalised the look of our club on matchdays. Hardware they make is very durable - perfectly working after 13 years - but sadly they do not take pride in this potential good news story and either do not retain or choose not to supply information about their older products - and instead of being upfront about this, offered to help and then ghosted me.
I contacted them via support email a year ago to request the datasheet/getting started guide to be able to use the product. I was promised technical contact by a named person months ago, never received this. Ticket was closed without reason. I called their number over a month ago, a person confirmed they would look into it and get back to me, did not. Phoned again today to be met with an attitude of pure condescension. Person felt that given the age and value of the item it was normal that I was not only not given the basic setup info I had requested, but was not even contacted by them as promised.
I suggest you assume their products as disposable outside warranty and check the terms of that very carefully.
Strangely, as I now have to consign their working product to e-waste, I will not be ordering a new one from them - it could have been their best possible advert, and it's unacceptable to enforce obsolescence in 2023.
