I used PayPal and upon looking at my PayPal payment page, I noticed that the sellers name was in Chinese.

I immediately went back to their site, and reviewed their information. It described them as making ALL of their LED flashlights, and like others, their location in China was not mentioned.

Now, I think most know that China has a notorious reputation for copying and making counterfeit products.

Before jumping the gun, I sent this seller a message through their “contact us” page link where I then received a “ticket” in response. That was three days ago and went without reply.

My first message asked them to kindly confirm that the product is a genuine OEM original and authentic, brand new, and in-opened. My second message today (three days later), requested them to cancel my order and provide a full refund.

As I type this review, I have not heard anything from them.

If it’s any constellation, at least I used PayPal which offers buyer protection, although, and presuming that I may one day receive the product, a counterfeit, proving that may not be so easy.

SCAMMERS!! Fake Pokémon cards. Look and feel NOTHING like the real thing. No details that they are a Chinese company on the website and now they want me to return it to China for a refund! DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered batteries from the web page.
NOWHERE did it state that items would be coming from CHINA !
Tracking showed they received order, but item did not move in China for over 2 weeks !!!! I sent 2 customer service tickets wanting to know why the order was NOT moving… NO RESPONSE !
Item arrived in U.S. (Los Angeles) where, again…it’s at for 5 days with NO movement !!! I sent a THIRD customer Service ticket….NO RESPONSE !!!
After almost 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted my credit card company, and reversed the charges !!!
This company is a cheap Chinese owned SCAM !!!
DO NOT ORDER a from them… They do NOT a disclose that they are in China. They don’t respond to customer service tickets… And like me, you WON’T get your product !!!!
My credit card company says they are continually getting these complaints from orders from Chinese FRAUD companies, and advises NOT to do business with them !

Ordered some Pokémon cards for my kids and they are super happy with them , they might be fake but to the kids they are no different to the ones you pay 4 x the amount for in the shop. Would definitely order again

3 out of the 4 items shipped were the wrong product.
They said it was difficult to return and to have the correct items shipped because this was an international shipment.. They offered a 20% discount if I would keep the items they shipped...I never received a credit, its been 1-1/2 months , when I email customer service they do not reply..
So basic they take your money, ship whatever they want, do not stand behind their product. This is not and honorable company, liars, and cheaters.

Super long wait just for a bunch of fake cards, I wasted 70$ so here’s your notice to never buy from here

They sent different style/color swim trunks than I ordered. I emailed them back twice and have gotten no response. The quality of the swim trunks is not good either. Do not buy from here!!

I ordered pokemoncards (13x boosterbox). Since this is a big order I was worried because of the reviews, BUT they all came within 2 or 3 weeks. Also I sent a message to the customer service and they answered nicely and quick. The description (when I ordered) said the cards were not real, which was obvious anyway because of the price. For me it's a nice way to complete my collection, and I don't care if they are fake or not.

However, 3 of the 13 boosterboxes had some issues. With 1 the card's print wasn't outlined correctly. With 2 other boxes, all the boostercards were half a milimeter to short compaired to official pokemon cards. The other 10 boxes were fine, hard to tell on first sight that the cards are not official. So for me, I'm happy and will order again to complete my personal collection. (And I now know which boxes not to order again.)

The battle styles edition are the newest series they had when I ordered, and also looked the best of all of them!

They sell fake products. Don't buy from them, quite surprised this company is still going, lie to their customers and can somehow get away with scamming people, I will be reporting this website. Bought pokemon cards and they were fake, does not mention this at all and is being sold under the assumption of being a real product.

I have orderd and payed pokemon cards from this company. It did arrived...but took a while longer than expected and they didnt answer me on e mail.

Didn't even complete an order just chose to use PayPal and it took the money straight away

I would never order again from this company. I wanted Pokemon cards for my grandson. I tried to order but didn t go through. Tried again and the same thing happened. Finally on the third attempt the order was successful. I then looked at my bank account and realised I had been charged three times.I contacted the company to advise I wanted to cancel 2 of the orders which had not been despatched. Over a period of 5 days I sent 8 more e-mails.No response. Finally I got a reply saying sorry we have despatched. !!!! Although I had requested cancellation within the 24 hours they state in their t and c s. I have been charged 50.00 for 2 orders I didn't want. Would have to send back at my expense + a fee. Please think carefully before you order from this shambolic company.

Didn't receive my pack of batteries even after 3 months! Initially complained and they emailed back in hard to understand English saying it's been sent back to them and then sent out again, got told I have to pick it up from hermes and contact them, but hermes told me it is the seller who needs to arrange the redelivery and I am not able to as the buyer. After me sending more emails to tell them what was going on they never replied! I have since checked the tracking and my item doesn't exist anymore with hermes and my account on LEDsupermall has been disabled or cancelled when trying to log in to prove purchase. Sucks and lost money on this stupid site.

Shipping of product was unusually long, over month is unacceptable

If you have the time and patience like I did for the product(s) to arrive you can't beat their prices!

Bright with a large "spot". Only need to use of half power for slow riding, and op it onto top power for fast downhill single track. Half power is about the same as my old light, but with a spot area 3-4 times the size.
