When I informed them a bulb wasn't working they reacted quickly and then when Evri they delayed the parcel and wasn't responding. Ledsone tried to contact them and immediately sent out another replacement so very gd customer service.

Absolutely fantastic from ordering, delivery was quick, the ceiling lights I ordered were honestly beautiful, very high quality, unfortunately I had to return due to housing structure, devastating! Don’t think I will find any as nice.. returns was simple, staff member via email very helpful and quick to respond and refund!

Great to find a wide, colourful range of useful, practical electrical & lighting cables made with quality materials instead of the plain, ugly white plastic. I bought the red lighting plug/cord in my utility room and it looks fab.

Mix up with the order was corrected quickly and I'm really pleased with the quality, style and price of the light fittings I ordered. The QR code provided which links to a fitting instruction video was very helpful and made installation straightforward.

…you were let down very badly by your choice of courier - Evri, who failed to deliver twice, before eventually leaving at the wrong address. Not only did they fail ‘physically’, they also failed to respond to my communications in a satisfactory manner. My advice would be to not use them again!
