The company reached out continuously to put this right. They were very communicative and sent me a replacement.

Purchased HIDs 1 of which became faulty well within the 2 year guarantee meaning I had to drive with only 1 headlight. They only replace them if you remove them completely and send them back. So not only am I left without a car but I have to pay a mechanic twice.

I placed several orders for led lights for my two cars. The products arrived quickly and were exactly as described. There was some issues with some bulbs for one car, however the company resolved them to my satisfaction. Great company to deal with that stands behind their products!

The best service you could ever want backed up with bulbs of an amazing quality.
I use them for both car and motorcycle LED lights, every time without fail the quality is outstanding probably the best out there.
Customer service is just as high as you would expect from a company that is a specialist in its field.

AVOID. Return policy is a disgrace. If I had known before ordering I would have paid extra for delivery and better service from UK. Lost my item and lost the cost of returning to France.

The Precision Gloves that I purchased were really good and and wear very well. The team are very helpful with enquiries too which is always a bonus.

I did a purchase of a led headlight for my motorbike, sadly the order was wrong. Was not correct for usage in Spain and I contacted LedPerf support to return the packages. They responded quickly and the did not put any issues/complains about the return. We all know, some companies are a real nightmare. But I would say, LedPerf did a great job for me. I will most probably buy again in the future. Thanks!

I changed all 4 turn signal bulbs on my Yamaha V Star 650 to led and needed a led flasher to control the hyper flash. The OEM flasher is a 5 pin. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of YouTube videos and you can do it with either a 2 or 3 pin led flasher, but since the stock flasher is 5 pin I wanted something made just for Yamaha 5 pin flasher. I feel LedPerf’s Ad is deceptive, all I got was a 2 wire hard wired led flasher with the wrong connector and no instructions. I could do the same with any number of led flashers sold on EBay or Amazon for less than half LedPerf’s price and free shipping and a lot faster. I won’t be doing business with LedPerf again.

I would never deal with this company again. The LED lights they sold me were poor quality. The light beam from them was inconsistent and didn't light up the centre of the road correctly. My bike failed a warrant of fitness here in New Zealand so I had to remove them and at my cost freight them back to France although this company was posing as a New Zealand company. I sent them back as a returned item then they contacted me saying they had to pay a fee to collect them from customs. Instead of paying the fee they had them returned to New Zealand and refused to refund my money.WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The bulbs are now where they belong in the rubbish bin. Expensive lesson for me be warned!

So I ordered a LED Headlamp for my BMW R9T, the package arrived within 1 day, great! but that's all for the positives. The lamp would not fit the original headlamp ring, the body of the LED lamp is about 8mm thinner that the original and with the original clips it would just not hold in the original ring...so I needed to construct some "spacers" to put between the clips and the lamp out of hardened rubber. On the ordering Website the Lamp was specifically for the BMW R9T, so NOWHERE on the Website when I ordered the lamp did it say that it would not fit on the Original BMW mounting ring and that you had to construct something in order for the lamp not to fall out! This is unacceptable....on top there were NO instructions at all with the LED lamp (or what the colour & polarity of the wires is), and the plastic "glass" scraps very easily and I got some scratches on it just by handling the lamp.

Update:
LedPerf came back very quickly after my initial review, that’s positive, they gave me the necessary information to connect the lamp, however the reason why they don’t include these instructions in the package in the first place is not understandable to me. I still strongly disagree with the statement that the lamp will stay in place with the original clamps, or by modifying the original clamps. There is about 8mm missing in thickness between the original lamp housing and the LED lamp, the original clamps cannot compensate that even if you twist them heavily, you need to built spacers by yourself to compensate for the lack of thickness in order to use the original clamps.

First of all i am so happy that i discovered LedPerf through searching on Google and after i read reviews on trustpilot i have believed it's perfect company but after i have ordered i found it's more than great especially for variety and prices and the brand itself that they are manufacturing you can feel really how it's amazing in all way so if anyone thinking to order any kind of lamp so here you are in the correct place without searching or asking anywhere else and really i will advice anyone i know if he want to buy he should only order from here.

Even i knew i have asked much :) like order and retour then order again but really he was super friendly.

Only small comment in my opinion it could be better and perfect if LedPerf provide automatic free retour label when someone request retour online so everything will be 100 % perfect.

whatch out. They are not local. They are posting from france, which means that you can order it in china. The french post service is so slow, that you get faster and cheaper from dirctly from china.

CAUTION. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS POORLY RAN COMPANY. I baught white HB4 6000K Led fog light bulbs for my car on the 12/08/2023 costing me €26.12. Shortly after installing these bulbs they started flickering/flashing constantly and one of them have already blown. I had chosen a 2 year extended warranty with then aswel. I have sent them an email today 30/01/2024 and also an email I sent a few weeks ago too explaining my bad experience/situation I had with their faulty product they sent me. They even didn't have the decency to reply to any of my emails either to solve the issue. Warning to anyone thinking of buying from this company, buy your bulbs somewhere else.

So glad I purchased from Ledperf. I was going to get them from the local car parts store but after a little more research, realised that Ledperf LED globes are designed for motorcycles and work perfectly when installed as per instructions. Fitment is great, quality is great, and the price is very competitive. I’d definitely buy from them again. I got globes for my Harley Road King and Ducati 1098S. They look awesome too!

Not a very extraordinary service. Just the way it shoot be. I got exactly what I ordered within reasonable time. The products and material look very solid and professional. The package came very well packed.
The installation of my LedPerf headlights in my car took some effort. The LedPerf lights take a lot more space than my old headlights did but the result is stunning. Now I’m able to see in the dark and I am being noticed. Which is important to my very tiny car with originaly poor lights. I should have bought the LedPerf lights years earlier.

Ordered a LED tail light bulb for my Yamaha FZ8. Was high quality with a perfect fit and is exactly what I wanted in terms of brightness.
Had an email customer service consultation before purchase which answered my questions.
International shipping as fast and the price of the bulb is in keeping with its quality.
I was not able to view the website in English but not a big deal. Would do business with them again.
