Customer support - communication
My order was for a quantity of 13 light fittings, on opening the received order there were only 11, so i was missing 2. I had not been informed there would be 2 less before hand. I phoned the number given for customer services and reported this, i was asked to write an email which i did, being told that the other 2 would be in the post that day. this was on a friday, I received no confirmation my email had been received and that 2 were being dispatched. On the monday I phoned again and was told that there had been no stock to send me 2 more, but that they would be in that day, i had to assist the person to find the email i had sent. However the other two were dispatched and i received the posten txt to say on their way and have now got them. I am not unhappy with the product, the price or the result. However the customer support, feedback and acknowledgement needs a huge look at

Love to hear that you are satisfied with the product, and market best price for this product. Our company is run by people and mistakes can happen. We sell a lot of this type of product and it is not always easy to predict how much we will sell. We can only regret that there were 2 extra days in delivery. But we hope you can forgive us.
