It wasn't GREAT at all. I placed the order online. I realized it was being sent to the billing address not the delivery address. got that corrected. I tried to order all 4 lights online, but your website forced me to order them 1 at a time, so I had 4 orders. When your company realized that you did not have what I ordered, no email was sent, no voice mail was sent that I am aware of and the lights I ordered were replaced with TWO different models. Then two days after I received the lights, I got an email stating that my order had shipped. So I had to call to ensure that I wasn't receiving an additional 4 lights - different than what I'd ordered. Also, I was not ever given the price of the replacement lights that yall decided to ship to me. Wont be ordering from you again, and will leave a review.

After getting a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try LEDLightExpert.com for my bay lighting conversion to LEDs. The quality of the LED bulbs I purchased has been fantastic, and they should last so much longer than traditional ones. I’ll definitely be back to do the offices and exterior.
