Lovely clothes and fabulous customer…

Lovely clothes and fabulous customer service. I've purchased a few outfits from this company and can confidently give them 5 stars. The service and care are wonderful. I love the stylish designs and outstanding quality.

Avoid avoid avoid using this company

Avoid avoid avoid using this company! They sent the wrong colour of trim and mirror on my dressing table then would not exchange it. Claimed it was the lighting that made it look different. I now have gold handles on the drawers and dark brass trim around the table and the mirror is dark (old fashioned) brass on the mirror. I just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned the hard way. Customer service is shocking. They are not interested once they have your money!!! I will ensure I get the message out to avoid them at all costs.

So after complaining and lodging a dispute with the credit card company used to purchase the item from Le Di Vita ...they gave me a partial refund.

Ordered a dressing table in June 2022

Ordered a dressing table in June 2022. Delivery dates were missed, items turned up in dribs and drabs over several months. The main part of the table and the side cabinet were damaged. I negotiated a £200 part refund. However, the drawer handles never arrived for weeks after the refund. The handles did not fit the drawers, after reporting this I was told this could not be right, and China are checking the moulds!!!! As requested, I sent photos and a video TWICE. I was ignored for weeks. Finally, I was asked if I would like a full refund to which I agreed. Le Di Vita asked me to box the dressing table up and send them a picture of the packing, they would arrange a courier. Weeks went by with no contact, when they finally contacted me it was to say a courier should have arrived and my bank had declined chargeback.

At no point was I contacted to arrange a courier and further more at no point had I contacted my bank regarding chargeback. Basically Le Di Vita make it up as they gone along with lies, excuses, time wasting and ignoring you.

Eventually my husband contacted his bank regarding chargeback but this was denied, he paid for the item but the contract was in my name.

This has gone on since June of 2022 to October of 2023. Appalling customer service and tacky furniture.

Le Di Vita gets 5 Stars from me for the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I brought a dressing table from this…

I brought a dressing table from this company for GBP 5xx and soon discovered it is a Taobao goods worth less than GBP 5x. Don’t buy anything from this company even it looks nice in the photo, the product is very low quality from China.

Do not buy from this company worst expe

This company have been the worst company I have ever dealt with, I now have no dressing table and am £560 lighter.
My table arrived damaged and after numerous offers of £50 to keep it I demanded they collect it and I wanted a full refund, they arranged the collection as cheaply as possible I was told I wasn't allowed a receipt and they would give me no reference number, and unsurprisingly they claim to have never received it back so now I have no dressing table and they are up £560 of my money.
My bank even challenged but they, unfortunately, backed down as they are very clever at giving you no proof of collection.

Placed an order for a desk they had on offer for £100, cancelled my order due to "technical issues". Then went on to change the price to £599 and asked me to try again.

Dodgy company. also on their websie it shows 5 stars Trustpilot reviews. Avoid...

What a horrific company

My boyfriend ordered me a dressing table in September 2022. It's now July 2023 and I still don't have a complete dressing table. Firstly we were informed it would be delayed due to materials with the situation of covid, ok fine. I think I then received my dressing table in January 2023 but was told my stool is still out of stock but I can have the more expensive one, which i didn't want and said I would wait. It came to building my table and found the legs don't actually fit the dressing table and the dimensions are wrong, got in contact with the company and its been a complete nightmare. They don't respond and you have to chase all the time. In June I finally got my stool but its damaged so again sent the company pictures while chasing for an answer on the legs of my dressing table and I'm still waiting. So now I have a dressing table that's laying flat on the floor, legs I can't use on my table and a damaged stool for nearly £1000. The dressing table isn't worth it, if you ignore all these current issues I have the table it's self has some damages to it and bubbling in the paint. I would highly recommend you stay away.

Do not shop here

Do not shop here! All the reviews are true. So first I order something and then told it was damaged despite the site having no mention of it, so I swap for a more expensive item and they deliver the wrong color. A week later they ignore my messages to arrange collection and won't refund me until they have it back so I'm out a grand as i had to order the item elsewhere.

This is how bad it is

Le Di Vita is getting dragged in mud for having super bad customer service and they have actually disputed my review.
So I am sending another (the OG one is still love) about how ridiculous this is. I've posted my review in august. Now they have raised issue with trustpilot and I needed to send receipts. Don't worry I still have them. I would recommend you have a hard look at what you sell, what information is on your website and raise level of your customer service.

Terrible product and customer service

Terrible product and customer service. Ordered the Tandy dressing table before Xmas, the website advertised a 3-5 day lead time but once the order was placed I received an email to say I was on the waiting list, after further delays we eventually received the table 6 weeks later, the table arrived in two different colours, was missing the legs, came damaged, was poorly packaged, no instructions or fixings and the quality was awful, certainly not worth the £700.00 paid (with stool) the images on the website look great but the product really is poor, cheap material. I’m waiting for a response from the supplier but haven’t heated anything yet. Avoid this company and spend your money somewhere else.

Do not even dream of buying anything from this company

Please do not even think of touching this company with a barge pole. We bought a Tandy dressing table with mirror about 6 weeks back. Not cheap , spent £500. Noted the packaging was from Weilai. Looks like this company is just a middleman. Table had some chips but I thought I could live with that. The cover of the drawer/container area of the dressing table was of completely different colour from the rest of the table. And the metal bracket which was supposed to be there to fix the table top to the frame was missing.
On contacting them the CS advisor Michelle's initial explanation was that the manufacturers probably ran out of wood , That's why there are two different colors. After a few more exchanges she offers me £20 as compensation. Then she said that she would send me the correct metal bracket but she needed the measurement between the holes as the manufacturers had two different sizes. The distance was 19 cm which i told her. Then she sent me a bracket which was too big for the holes, 22 cm gap between holes. I wrote to her again and after ten days she has sent me a bracket exactly the same length as before where the holes do not align with the holes on the table top.
We wanted them to take the table away and give us full refund.
Now she is suggesting that I should make holes in the metal bracket and she would offer me 5% off.
Neither do I have the drills to make holes in the metal bracket nor do I feel comfortable about doing that. What happens if I do not do it properly and the table collapses ? Who would be responsible ? They have failed to fulfill the distance selling requirements and I'll be taking this with trading standards agency if they do not give me refund.
Watch the space. I'd update.

Item was labelled as WEILAI and not Le…

Item was labelled as WEILAI and not Le Di Vita and . they have terrible reviews. Dressing table delivered on time but there is damage as it was chucked about on the back of the truck. Also, product very cheap looking Chinese, not worth the money we paid for it. Based on reviews on WEILAI I wouldn’t even attempt to get a refund.
Wouldn’t buy again from this company.

Really Bad Customer Service

If the product that I wanted to buy was available anywhere else I would have not bother with this.
If possible I would have given zero stars one is just too much for you.

You can sign up for newsletter to get 10% off, but you will NEVER receive the email with the code ( I tried 2 different email addresses)
When you email the customer team about this issue, they will email it to you, but first they will not even read the email and with first response I got was to advise where I should add my code in order to apply it, but my problem was I had not event received a code.
After I received my discount code sent manually via email I had to send another email asking why does is say free shipping on the website, on the front page ' free shipping and easy returns' and when I go to complete my purchase I am being charged £19 for postage. Person that I got email response - Michelle - has re-sent me my discount code that I already had from previous email (????) and when asking about the postage twice in 2 separate email I got NO response. I suppose Michelle is just busier than the rest of us...
Then contacted the shop via Facebook and when asking about the postage I was told it is only for orders over £150. This information is NOWHERE to be found on the actual website. When advised that this should be mentioned on website I got this repose and I quote - ' we only operate live chat and email at the moment' . I mean what? How about I will let our marketing team know?! Sadly this person has not signed their name.
Le di Vita can you please teach your assistants to READ and provide at least adequate service?
