As many others apparently experienced here, you better order the right size the first time. Dealing with their customer service team is a nightmare just to exchange a shirt. They'll assure you everything will be quick and easy, then withhold the discount code from you, and it's not even a straight-up exchange, you will still have to pay more to get the right size.

They'll ask you to leave a review before they give you the coupon code... so here it is. I hope this is the glowing review you were looking for Customer Service team...

I had an issue with my order on my end, they responded promptly and corrected the issue.

I had placed a very large order for lederhosen, shirt, shoes, socks and belts in preparation for Oktoberfest in Munich Germany in a few weeks. All of the items fit very well except for the shoes. Poor judgement of European size on my part, but the exchange and rebate process was very good. Customer services was outstanding and due to the time difference handled through email exchanges. I’m recommending Lederhosen Store for all Oktoberfest needs. Real, authentic and traditional clothing to fit right in!

This company is a scam. I’ve been trying to exchange my product for a size larger for two weeks. They won’t respond once you decline their offer to keep the wrong size and pay 55% for the right size. Once I asked for a straight across the board exchange for size and agreed to pay shipping…I’ve been ghosted on emails. There is also no way to call and talk to someone. BEWARE.

Many guides say to size up, I'd say to stick with what you normally wear. I tried to play it safe and ended up having to exchange sizes. The exchange process is not straight forward, not a simple send back and switch, they want you to reorder, get a code etc. Oh well, live an learn. The product itself is fine

Size came is small, however the quality was better than expected. Currently going through the exchange process. Communication has been consistent.

Buyer beware! Not authentic Bavarian lederhosen/bundhosen! Made in Pakistan!!! This is a Pakistani company, so it will be shipped from there, not from within the U.S.. I must admit, the quality is still pretty good, especially for the price, but the embroidery design needs more improvement (looks like they were trying to make a “deer design”, but then just looks like a design that doesn’t really make any sense). UPDATE: these lederhosen were not made to last, I’ve had to take them to them to the leather repair shop 2 times already because the knife pocket gave out, stitching becomes undone, it tears easily (already had it professionally stitched 2 times already, and found another spot that has to be stitched AGAIN), and I’ve had to replace the leather lace with deer leather lace because their leather laces got brittle over time and just snapped into pieces. Basically, you get what you pay for because it’s obvious now to me that this company uses cheap materials to make their clothing. You better off paying a couple hundred dollars more for quality, German made lederhosen that will last a lifetime or several for that matter. Bavarian Trachten dot com is a company that is owned by people from Bavaria, who ships within the U.S., but if you want authentic Bavarian tracht from Germany order from alpenclassics dot co dot uk. I own clothing from ALL 3 companies mentioned and I highly recommend the last 2 especially!

The quality of the Lederhosen is very good. It’s authentic and made incredibly well. The shoes fit perfectly and I’m very happy with my purchase. Also, my communication with the seller had been very prompt and helpful. I would recommend purchasing from this company!

The quality of the leather and the embroidery is really well made. Looks and feels nice.
The size I ordered was surprisingly too big, and I reached out to customer service. I let them know that I measured and ordered according to the size chart. They did reply quickly, but only in the interest of leaving a review in exchange for help. They will say that they will exchange it, then flip the script and say they can only give you a discount on another purchase.

Customer Service wont help you, and will only reply when it benefits them. They will not exchange your item. They will leverage any amount of help against the review that you leave them. In fact, I don't know how they are allowed on Trustpilot, they will offer to pay you (an insulting amount) to change your review to a positive one. Go to any other site. Don't waste your time with this deceitful company.

We ordered several products. The high quality of the product is evident and we're looking forward to wearing them. Additionally, communication and customer service have been top notch for the one product that ran a little larger in size that we need to exchange. I recommend this company.
