Terrible delivery service
Nice product nice price but delivery was terrible. Ordered Sunday on a next day promise but its now Friday and after several phone calls to LED and Power it would seem that they have no quality control over the delivery system. When the order finally arrives (if it does) it will be too late for the electrician that has turned up 3 days in a row. The order will be sent back. Dont use this company if you want your lights installed in a week

Unfortunately, although your order was dispatched promptly from our warehouse, it was delayed by our courier, DPD, which was completely outside of our control. We appreciate that this doesn't lessen the inconvenience caused, and we're sorry that the delay affected your installation.
We did our best to assist by contacting the courier and keeping you updated throughout, but we recognise that the outcome was disappointing. We always aim to provide both quality products and excellent service, so it's frustrating for us when a courier issue impacts our customers' experience.

Order was processed and delivered quickly .It would have given 5 stars if there was no mix up of the products . I am sure the company would have done the best they can to rectify the mistake of delivering a wrong product but we managed to utilize the one they sent .
