just as advertised

Hello all. you guys just told the truth about your product i in boxed 2 xp750. o e white and one grey. process was exact as you said it would be.ya and everything just worked charged batteries went away for the weekend for a good ride. so don t change a thing.

The 3.0 that I bought 3 years ago just…

The 3.0 that I bought 3 years ago just turned 1600 miles with only one issue ( computer failed) Not bad cindering. My wife and her sister just bought the 4.0 / 750 last month and her husband will be getting one in the fall before we head to Florida next winter. We all do a lot of trails here in New Hampshire and Maine. Because I have two Prosthetic legs I cannot pedal and use only electric throttle. (will be ordering a backup computer) All four of us are in our 70's and find the bikes fit our needs perfectly. Keep up the good work. I did miss the referral compensation but understand considering how fair your prices are along with the quality and improvements of the 4.0 . Thankyou Hank

Quality Bikes

Found you guys on the Internet decided to give the bikes a try. Our first ebike.

Great Customer Service

My bike arrived with the box badly damaged and some scratches to the bike but after I reached out to customer service they immediately sent me replacement parts and a touch up pen. I’m very pleased with the bike. It rides great.

Training and inspection

Accurate description and shipping, but pedal assembly was not correct for model shipped. It took two email strings and a phone call to get it corrected. I feel more training of customer service staff would be helpful as numerous photographs were sent and first part sent had nothing to do with the problem. Part of that is on me as I was not understanding what she was sending until order. I did make effort to correct issue, but took more emails. All was corrected, but final inspection failed at factory. Love it now that all parts are installed. Major disappointment from waiting a week to ride new bike

The customer service is horrible

The customer service is horrible. I called in about an issue that happened during shipping, sent in a video as requested and no one has called back. The brake rotor is bent and need to know what is going to happen. I bought 2 Bikes and spent a lot of money to be ignored. I was just informed they have been in contact daily, which is not the truth. They replied to my first review and then sent a text saying the video want sent. I sent once in a text and one in an email.

Above and beyond what I expected

The comfort seat that I ordered with my bike was delayed in shipping. Lectric fully refunded my money yet still shipped the seat to me when it became available.

Love my new Lectric Xpress 750

Received my Xpress 750 April 17 and I love it. Came out of box perfect. Added comfort seat, mirror, water bottle holder and iPhone holder. I am 79 years old and now I have much more freedom to explore the area. Just hit the 100 mile mark and it’s great. Rides very smooth and true. I find myself going 10 to 14 miles per ride which is a little long but it is hard to shorten my rides since I am having so much enjoyment. Great ride so far.

The bikes are great

The bikes are great, though we have had little use. (winter) One arrived with a flat tire but they reimbursed us for the repair. Response was immediate. Their Accessories are great and good quality. Looking forward to weather to use.
