I ordered from the website and Le Creuset emailed me that the order was cancelled. After receving the cancellation notice, I ordered the same items from another vendor only to have Le Creuset send me the items they cancelled. Now they refuse to pay for the shipping to return the items. I cancelled the payment through my credit card and will neither pay nor ship them back until Le Creuset pays to ship these heavy items back. Their Customer Service is deplorable.

I have to said I have use their products I am happy with it.
Good deals on their website but my first experience buying for their website looks that will be the last I prefer going to the shop as I know I will get it straight away.
The website is very poorly and is no garantes a fast delivery I have to wait over 14 days to be delivery? That is a poor service to the customers and especially with those price don’t get me wrong good products and expensive too but over 14 days To be delivered?

Very rubbish pots. Can’t cook spices food like Indian Pakistani or bangali food.

On December 1st I ordered an 11 piece set- a huge splurge for me. The online confirmation said 7-10 days shipping. Ok- I’m super excited. 7 days later no information. Strange no updates. 8 days, the free gift with purchase arrives alone. I’m disappointed and a little worried there was confusion. 9 days after the order, I email about status, 2 days later I receive a terse email with a tracking number for the free item. I email again because they sent a tracking number with no company (fedex, ups, dhl…?) and only the free item arrived, no response. Finally, I call. After a long wait and no apologies, my order was apparently cancelled many days before (no communication), sold out. Can I place a phone order? No. Why did this happen? They do not live track inventory. Apparently, they take orders for items online, then over several days sift through the orders to see if they have it. Then contact you, eventually. This isn’t how we do online orders anymore and quite frustrating. I asked about a similar set, she said they had some, but no idea how many people are ahead of me that ordered. So no idea if I could get that either or when I would know.
Today, 16 days later, my email was returned. They stated the tracking number they sent was Fedex (I figured that out) and my order was canceled due to no inventory. That’s all. For really expensive pots, I expected more.

I have to be honest and admit I have some Le Creuset that I use and love. I love their colours and I like their grill as a solution for and indoor bbq and I like their stovetop to oven cookware!! I recently attempted to place an order from their website directly. I have never purchased any of Le Creuset’s product this way and never will again, if I buy any of their products ever again.
I ran into a problem with my order and sent off a polite email to their customer service department. I received a very curt and rude response. At no point did Le Creuset attempt to be helpful or offer any polite or professional assistance. Even though I was met with a road block by Le Creuset, I attempted to seek their assistance yet again and this time they did not respond at all.
What is the point of Le Creuset having a customer service department if they refuse to look after their customers needs?
You have lost at least two good customers due to your lack of quality service and assistance!
