Worst Customer Experience

They sent me the wrong item. When I reported this to them they sent me a replacement… of the wrong item AGAIN. When I emailed them again they said that this is normal due to their “handcrafted products”. They literally cannot keep the same narrative in the same email chain. Now they’ve stopped replying to me. I’d expect more from a company that sells products for $$$$. Customer service is trash

Experience as they don’t read emails take phone calls and take forever to get back you. You also have to pay for shipping for warranty items so unreasonable and they are just terrible and really the worst service

Loyal Customer Given the Runaround

I am a loyal customer and don't normally post negative reviews. I spent several thousand dollars on just this order and it's taking weeks to get a replacement for a damaged item. I've been emailing with Quinn who takes on avg 48 hrs to respond, and does not answer my questions. Finally today she's indicated they can't ship a replacement until they receive the damaged one back. In which case, why didn't she answer my questions weeks ago letting me know the process? I am livid with how all of this has been handled. To top it off, LC Canada does not have a phone line according to the US and there's no way to call them to resolve the issue.

Absolutely Worst Customer Service EVER

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this cookware.
Birthdays, Christmas, it’s always on my wish list.
Can’t wait to receive the paella pan.
Amazing product.

However,
Their customer service is absolutely non existent.
I have a trivet that lost a little rubber Foot.
To have that replaced has been an ordeal that has still to be resolved.
This tiny little rubber foot should have been sent out the very first time I requested it.
Absolutely NOTHING but the total runaround.

I was even at one point told that the customer service rep is working remotely and once she get into the office the “foot” will
Be sent out.

That was exactly a month ago.
This ordeal has been going on since May 9th.

Absolutely 100% unacceptable.
Worst, absolutely the worst Customer service EVER
Being ignored is not a good feeling!

HORRIBLE Customer service....well

HORRIBLE Customer service....well, actually, non-existent. We've been dealing with an issue since end of March; finally returned a pepper mill to LeCreuset (recieved by them on May 26)...have yet to hear from them for our refund our $80 back and ZERO replies from the many++ emails we've sent. Love the product... HATE the service; should be ashamed of themselves. Funny enough, no responses to any of these reviews either...shocking! Crooks at this point until they can resolve the issue.

We order a pan from Le Creuset online, unfortunately we had an error in the delivery address.
The item was never delivered, but we were notified that it was returned to Le Creuset.

We never got our money back. I called their customer service in the US, but they say the cant do anything.
Their Canadian site has not customer service, which I find puzzling.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Avoid ordering online from them!

Terrible

Do not buy anything from this manufacturer under any circumstances. Terrible attitude to customers. Warranty support is at the lowest level. The product itself is low quality for a lot of money.
My purchase is a cast iron enameled skillet Le Crueset. Everything sticks to it. Cooking ordinary scrambled eggs turns into an ordeal, but it still sticks no matter how much oil is poured in, and then it is very difficult to clean the skillet from the sticking. After a month of communication, they agreed to accept the goods for return, but as soon as they received the goods from us, for the third week there is no response, no new goods, and not a single call or letter from them. Terrible service. I will never buy anything from this company again.
I do not advise you to even think about buying goods from this company.

I ordered the Heart Mugs on launch day (Jan 17), but due to a system glitch, my order was unfulfilled and I was only notified almost a month later—while others who ordered later received theirs. Despite the mugs still being sold in other countries, Le Creuset refuses to source them or make things right.

Their customer service is just as bad—taking days to respond with unhelpful replies and still not processing my refund after over a month. The lack of accountability and effort is beyond frustrating. Think twice before ordering from them.

Purchased 2 pots in early December…

Purchased 2 pots in early December 2024. Returned one of the pots using a prepaid purolator slip they provided. The pot arrived at their warehouse Dec 31 2024. 30 days later they still have not responded to requests for a refund.
The pot that I did keep is excellent. However customer service is terrible.

Absolutely No After Sale Service

Absolutely no customer service! I love the functionality and the beautiful colours of Le Creuset so much that I wanted to start my daughter’s collection for Christmas. I ordered a Dutch oven online and when the gift was opened the lid was chipped in two places and the enamel on one handle improperly finished. Very disappointing. It has been a month since the online form to return was completed and after two follow up emails I have heard nothing. There is no way to reach customer service except by email which is ignored. This has been an awful and frustrating experience with Le Creuset Canada.

Extremely disappointed in Le Crueset…

Extremely disappointed in Le Crueset Canada. Given the outstanding quality of their product, you would assume their customer service would match but you would be WRONG. Very quick to take exorbitant amounts of money and then ghost you. Absolute SCAM. Their website states orders submitted before December 16th will arrive before December 24th, and that they are using alternate carriers due to the Canada Post strike. My order was submitted December 2nd and it is still showing as "New" on their tracking. I have reached out multiple times over the last 9 days to their customer service and have heard NOTHING. If I continue to hear nothing, I will be submitting a claim with the BBB. This is not how to run a business or treat customers and it borders on fraud. Shameful.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I bought an item and was told that upon another purchase of 100 bucks I would get a gift water bottle on my birthday month. Perfect. Christmas shopping finished, or so I thought. I have gone to the store physically, I have sent inquiries on the contact us section of the website, I have sent multiple emails and I have tried to call customer support and head office with no response other than an automated email response saying they'll get back to me. They haven't.

Shameful customer service. Truly, you can't really call it customer service if there is, in fact, no service at all.

Horrible customer service - dishes look like seconds

Ordered 16 piece dish set. They are undesirable and look like seconds (scratches, bubbles, divets and chips). I have been trying to do a refund and return for 11 days and have had no response from Le Creuset. I will never order online from them ever again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would have given a zero rating if it was an option.

If I could give them a zero I would.

Do a search on Trust Pilot. It appears the only demographic that has a rating greater than 3 out of 5 stars is the UK and Netherlands. This is ridiculous for a company selling merchandise that is not for the masses due to cost.

A search of them on the Better Business Bureau site shows a failing grade and also indicates they are not accredited. This suggests they are not committed to resolve any consumer complaints through the BBB nor as we found directly. We have not received anything more than an automated message including after posting this review. We wrote back the writer and nothing.

My $1,110 order was tracked for 4 weeks from Montreal to BC and than back to Montreal. They have had their products back and have failed to notify me or refund my purchase. I was forced to seek a refund from my credit card company. I was easily able to provide the required back-up for the refund of my purchase. I would encourage you to do the same rather than try and deal with them.

The salt and pepper mills are poor quality and not worth the price. The ceramic coating can also be difficult to clean on the pans. Don't expect any cooperation in resolving complaints as they will make the process as difficult as possible. That is why they don't have a telephone number on their website for you to contact them. Any online inquiries will get the automated response with no follow up. Caveat Emptor, Let the Buyer Beware.

!! DO NOT ORDER FROM LE CREUSET !!

Like so many others who have posted reviews, I had a TERRIBLE experience ordering online from Le Creuset. Their lack of attention to customer service produced a less than amazing Christmas for my partner as this was to be one of her main gifts. Here is what happened:

In early December 2020, I ordered nine items online directly from the Le Creuset website, with a promise of delivery well before Christmas.
Then, radio silence for eight days.
The next thing I heard was an email from "Alisya" indicating that the French press was now out of stock. Ok, disappointing but sometimes suppliers run out of stock.
I was told that the remainder of the order was still to be here it time for Christmas.
On December 17th, Alysia again confirmed that the balance of the order would be here by Christmas.

On December 21st, I received a shipment notice from UPS indicating that the order was in transit, and would be delivered by the end of the day on JANUARY 4TH 2021.

What a disaster!

So, do yourself a favour and order through Amazon - quite a number of other items I ordered through Amazon arrive on, or ahead of the promised delivery date.
