No surprises. All according to plan.

If anything, the house was better than advertised! The team was ready to help us, and we had a memory-making week!

I am a neighbor of a property those guys manage. They allowed a guest to host huge parties that started at 3-4 am and ended at 7 am, even after the first day they were informed what was happening they allowed it to go . I mean more than 100 people, street lined with cars and minivans. So beware who you let your property be managed by!

The service, the house, and the whole experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a fabulous European vacation. We most truly appreciate the level of communication the entire time.

Excellent experience. House as described. Great concierge help on booking restaurants and experiences. Real-time response to questions on the property management front. Would rent with them again.

The Villa and the owner were amazing!!!
I cannot say the same about the staff recommending what to do because they have no idea since they have never been in Croatia: for example they should have suggested I don’t rent a car, this proved unhelpful and costly.
Another really bad experience was that my daughter, who booked this trip with her travel agent credentials was not rewarded accordingly by your company.

Carole and the concierge team made our experience wonderful. We got reservations everywhere we wanted and with best table in the house! The house and its location was great as well.

Great to deal with and gave great recommendations. Margaux was amazing to work with and made our trip very memorable. Would Highly recommend.

This is our second time booking a vacation through Le Collectionist and for the second time we had a wonderful experience. From finding the perfect Villa, to booking, to the concierge helping us book activities before we left, to the concierge at the location helping us book additional things, we cannot say enough great things about the seamless process, customer service, and all around experience.

Concierge service was great - good flexibility

We returned to Villa Ellya this year for Cannes Lions. The house was even more beautiful than last year, with additional landscaping outside along with more interior amenities. The location of the villa is unparalleled for being so close to La Croisette. Additionally, our concierge Ines Malivoir was wonderful and assisted us throughout the week to ensure our stay was smooth. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Working with Le Collectionist was a pleasure. The villa we rented was exactly as pictured on their website if not better. The activities coordinated by the concierge (chef, yacht rental) were excellent. I would highly recommend the company.

The hardest part of the vacation besides airports was arranging the wire transfers. Otherwise iit was as perfect a vacation.
Villa Elefante was exactly like the pictures. Because of travel issues we arrive very late at night. As planned we were met by a driver and then at the villa David. He welcomed us like family.
David set the tone for the rest of the staff. They made us feel like it was our home and they were there to take care of us. , and they did.
Barbara our concierge and her staff were responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Every thing went as planned. Barbara always had good advice and nothing we asked about was too much.
We traveled with 6 small children ( 5 to 10 years in range). We had dinners almost every night in the Villa. Our chef Frederick, Francesca and Antigona were perfect. They were patient and kind and vertigo tolerant of the children’s noise level and non stop activity. Our “pizza night” where with Frederrico’s direction my grand children “ created their own pizza was a huge success.
By the end of our stay we felt like family instead of visitors. What could be more perfect?

It would have been a five if the AC were working!!

House was clean, well equipped and the service excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

We had to deal with too many people, and had to remember their names- during the entire process of our booking. They were biased and always took the side of the owners of the villa against our word- and turned our holiday into a frustrated experience throughout- which they thought would be resolved with a bottle of champagne. They were exactly what we were trying to avoid by booking a villa in Marocco.

Accommodations were superior, location unique, views incredible and staff over the top. Can't improve on perfection.

Our whole experience with Le Collectionist was very smooth, all the way from booking to handing back the house. The service from the concierges was friendly, quick and valuable. And, our house was incredible and really set the stage for a great holiday!
