No shipment, no response, no refund

On 18 March, I ordered two items via the website. I then heard nothing from the shop. On 20 March, I wrote to ask for an update and was informed that the products were delayed due to the war in Russia. On 9 May, I wrote again as I had still heard nothing, and subsequently followed up on 14 May, 16 May, and 20 June without receiving a response. I have therefore cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund – which has also not been processed!
