Ordered 10 products but got only 8
First of all I want to say that I’m in love with products. The design is great and they have high quality. I have more then 30 pots already and I can’t be more happy with them.
I use different providers like Bol.com or Amazon to buy them, because with Lechuza.nl I have terrible client service experience. I bought 10 pots, they send 6. I wrote to support and they say: “Sorry we don’t have them now.” Okay, this is fine, I can get it. They proposed to deliver 4 pots one month later. Again, fine with it, I’m not in rush. One month later I’ve got 2 pots and not 4… I’ve wrote to support with reply on the same email conversation that we had a month ago and asked why I got only 2 pots… they said back: “ we have order for only 2” and send me an order number. I replied that this is not my order and that I had an order for 10 pots, then explained everything again and asked to reread the email chain. They never wrote back. Basically I paid for 10 products but get only 8. This is very sad.
