Very disappointed!!! Treated myself to some her socks. I used the birthday code, which felt like a trap, having to spend an high dollar amount to even qualify. After one wear, there is pilling on the top of the socks. I decided that I’d like to return all the other unopened pairs, but their site says any discounted items can’t be returned. I emailed customer service, but of course they never responded. I am pissed. Save yourself the hassle & shop elsewhere! Le Bon Shoppe you SUCK!

I love their clothes but their customer service is abysmal. As they've expanded their quality has declined, which is unfortunate. On this past order I received a shirt that had a completely uneven hem, sloping from left to right, with one side of the shirt also sloping. Messy stitching contributed to this. Rather than offering to exchange the shirt, they said that there was no defect. I'm not sure how because the entire hem of the shirt is just not straight. They don't seem interested in continuing to provide quality goods or standing behind their products.

Balloon pants! Every Le Bon Shoppe item I’ve bought is wonderful but the Balloon Pants are just the absolute best. I have three pairs and wear one nearly every day after work. Super comfy and they look great too.
