Wishing to move my number to Lebara…

Wishing to move my number to Lebara from another company it is taking them over 2 weeks and still nothing. I was told by the store agency that it would only take a few days but they still charged me 5€

Contacted Lebara by phone and WhatsApp to be given a reference number. But still nothing. They have just said you have to wait. I know of 3 other people who are looking at moving to them but have given up as they seem to not care about getting new customers, so if that is the case for potential customers what are they like with existing customers. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that was not possible so I guess “customer service” are a law unto themselves with no management structure. Will look for another company.

The web site are not working, they lie to me and waste my time

The web site are faulty. I complain and they keep asking for the same information and tell me that I do not have a subscription. I prove several time that I in fact have a subsription because I can call and the app is working.

After 4 month they just write "Sorry for the inconvenience Nicklas. We are currently making changes and the Mylebara App is not operational. For this reason, we suggest you to recharge from our website: https://lebaraspain.****** If you have any other questions or doubts, we will be at your disposal. Best regards.

Instead for wasting my time for month, they could just have told that they dont know what they are doing.
