Bought wrong data plan

I made a wrong order and bought the wrong data plan. Realised my mistake immediately and needed to cancel it. Couldn't find how to do it via the app so I contacted customer support who cancelled the order promptly and issued a fund reversal. Darshan, the customer service agent I chatted with was quite helpful.

False advertising

Signed up based on an offer which included a gift card after 180 days from sign up, unfortunately it never arrived, have since switched and won't be back due to false advertising.

Excellent customer service from Darshan

Excellent customer service from DARSHAN. He was polite, professional, and solved my issue very quickly. I accidentally ordered a new SIM, and he immediately cancelled it and activated my plan on my existing number. Very efficient and helpful support. Thank you!

I recently changed my works mobile…

I recently changed my works mobile phone after retiring early and network provider to Lebara. The whole process from clicking the new sim package with 50 Gb of data to getting my new sim the next morning (very prompt) and very user friendly app. I visit Spain regularly and the switchover has been a refreshing change No Faff, Honest fair pricing and will definitely be recommending others firstly My Wife … Hopefully the tariff stays the same long term keep up the customer focused angle, it shines through.
