The west customer service mobile service, I have SIM from them for two years but unfortunately it stopped and I contacted them to solve but they advised me to buy new SIM and they said to me we will do for you SIM swap and I did that but unfortunately from that date until today which is two months no solution from them and I lost my number. Never ever dealt with this company absolutely they don’t know how to deal with customers.

I have sent several emails to Lebara team Care, they had to reactive my disconnected number, they said was ready to be reactivated but at the end they never assisted me further with the reactivation, I kept sending several emails, but they never got back to me. Very bad customer support service!

Diabolical company
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing an esim . I am a tourist visiting Australia and found them cheap online HOWEVER nowhere did they mention you cannot activate their sim without Australian documentation . On numerous emails and requests for a refund the fob me off and not replying . Worst customer service ever ! They lie on the chat and reply after days you cannot log in the same chat to have a conversation. I know now I have lost those money and didn't get any service at all :(
Update : I received a refund a month later when they replied to my emails .

I have been using Lebara for many years.
My Sim Card stopped working so I rang Lebara and was 56 in the queue and had to wait 30min to talk to someone.
That person had a terrible accent and I had to ask them to repeat.
I had bought a $2.00 Lebara sim card and wanted to get it connected to my Lebara phone number.
They told me I have to give an alternate phone number so they could send me a link to verify who I am first.
I did this and followed the link. I had to take a photo of my drivers licence both sides and a biometric selfie.
This alone can lead to identity theft.
I did as requested and it said being processed.
Then I went to my account online and tried to change the sim as requested by the operator. After waiting one hour it still kept saying in progress. Then I received an email saying the verification failed.
Now they have twice sent a text to the alternate phone I used saying verification has failed.
I tried ringing to get an operator again and waited an hour.
I have given up and will be porting the number to another carrier not worth the stress. I have requested a refund for the $81 credit I have an the account still no reply. Do Not waste your time if your sim goes bad you could wait days to get it sorted what do you use in the meantime. My issue after two days still not sorted.

I bought a SIM card from Lebara and to activate it, couldn’t do online as was saying different reasons for not activating, hence called the customer service multiple times in a day for 5days as on the fifth day my existing connection was finishing. Each day, waited for hours during each call to get connected, sometimes after waiting for hours, call got disconnected when it was near in the queue.. and each time different people picked up the call and advised to do different methods, but at the end of the day, problem was still unresolved, and I had to approach another provider to get connection established… really frustrating service, none of the customer service staff knew how to solve the issue or what they have to do, wasted 5days trying to take a connection with Lebara, I will never recommend anyone to take connection with Lebara.

Got 360days plan online, after received the sim card, couldn't active online, had to ring Lebara and waited for hours for someone to active the sim number and after active the sim card, no phone calls can be made. Ring Lebara and waited for hours to get someone to answer the phone, got told they shut down 3G server on 16/01/2024. I purchased the sim card after that, nothing says about on their website. totally wait time and money. Go to get something else, not lebara

Good price on plan but impossible to activate
I must give Lebara one star despite the fact that I would not give even one star!
Went to Australia for a trip. Bought a mobile plan online using eSIM. Payment when smooth then all problems started.
The plan was impossible to active. I did all I could and spent more than an hour on my own without success. I then started a chat. More than 45 minutes into that chat Lebaras support requested me to call them.
I called Lebara and spent the first halv hour with a person that spoke a terrible broken english. I did all this woman told me to do but activating failed.
She told me to hang up and do some new efforts on my own to activate.
15 minutes later I called Lebara again. A new woman and again terrible broken English. For a person who does not have English as native language it is very hard to understand someone whos English i mixed up with accent from India or Bangladesh.
She told me to put on speaker phone because she could not hear me. I put on speaker phone and I talked to her for more than an hour. She failed to activate the plan! She told me I had done something wrong that prevents her to activate the plan. How that is possible is out of my mind.
Spending more than two hours with Lebaras support and they failed to help me activate the plan. My money they took but no plan. I requested a refund. A refund must be emailed, she said. I told her that I just bought a plan that they cannot activate so she had to ensure a refund was setup.
She got unpleasent but told me, after 10 minutes, that a refund was setup. It should take 5-7 days.
16 days later the refund was on my account.
Before leaving Australia I called Lebaras support to ensure that the plan really was canceled and no auto charge was active. Unfortunatelly I did talk to a very rude man!
Lebara may offer good prices on their plans but it is a hell of a jobb, if even possible, to get the plan activated. The support by phone are fare from what to expect! I was polite from start but was treated as a complete idiot!
Recommend Lebara? Never in my life!

Hands down the WORST service you will ever find. I can't believe they are in business. Do NOT get a SIM card with them. It's complete TRASH. I'm shocked they're allowed to operate at all.
