Tried to get from Leatherjacketblack. Would not give them to me. I paid DHL US$80 for freight. They want US$40.00 to exchange and Customs want US$80. I paid US$137.00 for the coat. Operates from Russia. Very bad experience

Bogus returns policy
Save yourself the headache. Don’t buy from here. The photos they are using to sell you products aren’t even their photos. They’re other store’s photos. The product I received looked NOTHING like what was pictured. And their website says “30-day easy returns” but when I asked for a refund, their customer service agent said “returns have to be started within 3 days of delivery.” I sent them a picture of their own website saying it’s 30 days. No answer. So I’m stuck with a $100+ clothing item that looks nothing like what I purchased.

After ordering a jacket, all I got was an invoice with no projected date of delivery. I became worried about my order after reading the reviews on this site. I paid with my American Express card so I knew I would be covered if it turned into a problem. I reached out to them and they assured me I would get my jacket. I received the jacket 3 weeks after ordering via FedEx. The wait turned out to be worth it and I was pleased with my jacket.
