WORST edge paint I have ever had !

WORST edge paint I have ever had !
The paint melts (literally) when it is warm outside or when you walk in the sun with your handbag. The paint becomes limp and stains your clothes. According to Giardini, their paint is perfect and this cannot happen. It is supposedly due to the leather (????). I even use a primer from them under 2 layers of edge paint, and I wait a few hours between each layer.
It is Italian paint; I live in Belgium, where it is on average 10 degrees cooler. It has happened multiple times that the paint simply melts and causes stains. Customer service either refuses to answer or just says they are sorry to hear this. End of story.
Never buy this !!

Giardini took my cash, but never registered my order as complete and shipped my products.

Giardini took my cash, returned a screen thanking me for completing my order and never sent a confirmation email. Next, I got an email asking me to complete my order. I generated a ticket on their website to advise them that something apparently went wrong, but did not get a reply. Next, a "customer service" representative contacts me to ask me if I need help to complete my order. Fortunately, I used PayPal, so I will get my money back, but Giardini is a big NO GO. They take your money, do not listen to your concerns or resolve any problems and apparently do not even bother to read any of their client's messages. Instead you get some generic reply offering to "help you with the check-out process". Do yourself a favour and use competing products.

Just great.

I know I shouldn‘t compare this to Fiebings. But thats the most common commercially available edge paint here. It was an awful experience after 10 layer still not a satisfying result, and it dried out very slowly and became brittle, so I decided to give Giardini a shot. It’s a shame they’re not advertising themselves as much as Fiebings, because it is so much better. ( I found them through a youtube video in the description section where the person listed the used products.) And with the first application I saw what a drastic difference that made. The dense edge paint is so much better and easier to use. It dries very quick and it leaves a semi matte finish. Two coats (sanding the first to even it out) were enough to cover my chrome tanned leather seamlessly. With the Super Matte Topcoat the finish is extremely nice as well.
