We had rather a complicated area which we needed the bench made for, with lots of switches and sockets that we needed access to, and Kat was so careful in ensuring all the measurements were correct for any cut-outs so it all fit perfectly. She was wonderful in answering all my many questions and the finished product is perfect and transforms the space.

Everything about this purchasing experience was easy- Kat provided great communication, as well as help and guidance with the design. The ordering process was straight Forward and delivery was super efficient. We love our banquettes and would highly recommend this company!

Leather Centre Furniture is a fantastic company that has restored my faith in proper customer service and professionalism. We were looking for a velvet dining banquette / bench and having seen some online at LCF after a Google search I began making enquiries by email. I also requested some fabric samples which came quickly in the post. Every email was attentively responded to by Kat and all questions answered. After some consideration, we placed an order for two velvet benches and we are extremely happy with the quality of the furniture. It is solidly built and well worth the money we paid for them. It is not surprising that LCF also provide contract furniture to the hospitality trade as it is robust and made to last. Our benches have added a real touch of class to our home. Highly recommended.

It's not often I give a review of a product or service but I felt compelled to with the purchase of our kitchen bench...

The service was excellent all the way through but some anxiety remained of how good the product was going to be having never actually seen it.

There was no need! The bench is exceptional in both its quality at its craftsmanship. My wife and I have commented on how much we love it multiple times! The kids sit on it not just for meal times but to relax too.

This purchase has opened my eyes to custom made and will be looking to go down the same route for our new kitchen table based on this experience.

We ordered a corner bench in emerald green, with storage under the seats. It’s simply beautiful and I absolutely love it. It’s really well made and is perfect for our dining room.
Unfortunately, we had an issue on arrival with some slight damage to one bench (which had happened in transit). I contacted Kat and this was sorted quickly and without hesitation - I have to say it’s some of the best customer service I have ever received!
I would not hesitate to order from here again and would 110% recommend.

We ordered a four seater London bench with storage recently and the team tailored it to our specific colours.

The bench is fantastic quality and the finish is done with absolute precision. I was somewhat surprised with the weight of the bench and this shows how solid the build is. The team were also responsive and gave updates on the bench expected delivery date.

I couldn’t be happier with my corner booth. It is so well made and crafted. So professional and sturdy.
Customer service is so good. I had my own measurements and specifics. The communication and discussion we had together to land on what worked best was easy. I also have a very difficult delivery access in a narrow Victorian terrace. Delivery guys did and amazing job to get the sections in, it wasn’t easy.
I did a lot of research before using this company and completely made the right decision. Standard of work is amazing

I’m absolutely in love with the benches they are absolutely amazing!! I choose white velvet, it is like a soft cream in my kitchen and it fits perfectly, such fabulous quality. In white it is a bit pricier but so worth it. The hidden storage is a huge bonus!😍

For anyone considering ordering in white velvet, I would highly recommend it. Also you can buy white velvet cushion covers from Amazon. On arrival I was concerned the colour would not match. After fitting them you cannot tell the difference, they are machine washable which I bought primarily to protect the cushion seats from my cat.

Kat from leather center furniture was so helpful and the delivery was earlier than expected on the day. I would say as others have that the pictures don’t do the benches justice, quality is just fabulous!

I was nervous paying in full upfront as a bank transfer is required. But you will receive an invoice, and having done my research, I can safely agree with the other reviews that this is a great company and i would highly recommend them.

Superb quality and service. We were impressed by every aspect, the choice of fabrics, communication, efficiency and above all the professionalism and price. LCF breathed new life into our old favourite comfy couches. They even threw in some cute coordinated cushions. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would very much recommend them to anyone :))

We are absolutely delighted with our corner dining bench. It is well-made, sturdy, beautiful and very comfy. All communication with the Leather Centre was great, and the bench was delivered much sooner than we expected. Super happy and would definitely recommend!
